Contacted this company due to an issue with a lean-back dining chair purchased in July 2023. They replied quickly with advice, sending out spare parts until the issue was resolved. We are so pleased as we’ve been very happy with our garden dining set. It’s so refreshing to receive this level of service these days. Thank you.

Our all Season Gazebo roof was damaged, we had a very frustrating experience with the garden centre we bought it from to source a new one, the alarming outcome would have been to buy a whole new Gazebo again - very expensive !!! Eventually the supplier was located, Katy Blake, Sara's help was overwhelmingly reassuring and she help us to find a new roof in amongst her stock which is bespoke to that model, other roofs would not have fitted ! She was a life saver and bent over backwards in communicating with us, what wonderful, caring & professional service !!! She even invited us to come back again if the roof needs replacing again !

6 years ago we bought a Katie Blake 8 seater garden table set. The deterioration of the rattan has meant it is now falling apart. The items have always been covered (when not in use) with high quality (and expensive) covers recommended by the garden centre we purchased the items from
I have approached the company - three times - who just referred to their five year warranty .... completely missing the fact that six years life expectancy for all-weather garden furniture is just not good enough
I have photo evidence of the very poor condition of the items. These alone will make you think twice about buying Katie Blake garden furniture if you want it to last. Their website tries to make you believe it is good quality and built to last. Don't be fooled ... and they will wash their hands of you after 5 years.
They do not 'read the room' as far as what customers expect and empathy is clearly not a word in the Katie Blake dictionary.
Of course, the company will respond to this quoting UV, warranty etc etc ........ but if you want garden furniture to last and look good for longer than six years ... do not buy Katie Blake

I had two pistons gone on my Katie Blake garden recliner chairs so I contacted Katie Blake by email and she sent me two replacements at a very reasonable price they are now fitted and my recliners are as good as new this was all sorted in a couple of days and nothing was to much trouble with her company and I would highly recommend dealing with her thanks again Katie Blake and your staff person sara

A piston does not work on one of our recliners which has been well used since we bought a set nearly 6 years ago. Sara Blake replied to my email almost immediately and suggested we try tightening the bolts before we ordered a replacement. This did not work but we received a replacement piston a few days later.
Proper customer service!! I just wish this happened more often.

We recently replaced our Katie Blake garden furniture night cover and were delighted with the excellent quality and service, the old cover has kept the furniture like new over the past few summers. Furniture stored in shed over winter. Sandra Soan.

We have had a Katie Blake patio set for over 10 years and it is still looking great, however the parasol cord broke and couldn’t be repaired. I contacted Katie Blake and Sara said they still had them in stock to match. However in the meantime I had found one of their stockists had one in stock that I could collect. I thanked Sara for her help and asked if she was able to supply any replacement glass table supports as these were the only thing that let the table down. She duly supplied them by return and now the table looks as good as new! Really helpful person and excellent customer service.

We bought Katie Blake garden furniture sets about 6 years ago, the furniture is still in amazing condition however we unfortunately broke one of the connector clips when moving our large corner sofa.
I contacted Sara at Katie Blake to enquire where I could purchase a replacement. Sara quickly responded and within a few days I had a replacement and a spare. Furniture is secure for many more years.

What a great company, had an issue with my gazebo, contacted Katie Blake’s they were so helpful and sorted out the replacement canopy I needed. Communication was excellent, highly recommend. Will certainly be purchasing from them again.

Exceptional Customer Service from Katie Blake Furniture. I contacted them late on a Saturday to request a small replacement part for my two garden tables and didn’t expect to hear from them until early the following week. However, I received a reply on the Sunday checking specifically what parts I needed and confirmation they would be sent to me foc straight away. I received the parcel as promised and am extremely impressed with the quality of their service and the furniture.

Love my garden furniture, but after a few years the plastic suckers had gone discoloured and slimy. Enquired with company if I could purchase some and they replied day after saying they can send me some free of charge. They arrived the day after, thankyou Sara Blake.

Dealt with Sara for an issue of a missing part that the garden centre was responsible for but Sara kindly sorted the issue and sent me out some replacement clips with no charge and arrived next day even though I live in the highlands. We have the pergola with side blinds and the product is of great quality, we have had no issues at all with it and would recommend to others, we have enjoyed some nice evenings under the cover..
