Do not buy this stuff it's an environmental disaster! The whole lot simply disintegrated into tiny plastic bits after just a few years of living outside. I had a hec of a job clearing up the mess and trying to get rid of it. I had to use a mask and a metal hand grinder to get it transportable to the tip. More dreadful, harmful landfill! Nightmare, I'll never buy any plastic ratten again if any description..

As always very prompt and helpful assistance from Sara at Katie Blake. I was looking for a bistro set protector that would match the rest of my furniture and it arrived in a couple of days. Such good quality as well. Thanks so much Sara.

I emailed Katie Blake about some replacement rubber pads for my glass table. To be honest I wasn’t expecting much (sadly we don’t expect much from customer service anywhere these days) but my faith has been completely restored! Sara responded almost immediately, asking me for my address to send the pads to. I was absolutely delighted. She was so friendly and kind and has solved my problem immediately. So thank you Sara, thank you Katie Blake 😊

Excellent customer service! I emailed asking for spare rattan to mend our garden set that is quite a few years old. They kindly sent me a new roll of matching rattan for free. Thank you so much!

I have had my Katie Blake garden furniture now for 8 years, plus a large cushion storage box.
Because I live in the South Coast it does get quite windy. In one of the recent storms when I opened the lid I couldn’t hold it, thus causing some damage to the side lever arms and rendered useless. Unfortunately, the garden centre near me has recently closed and couldn’t find any stockists in the vicinity.
Sara from Katie Blake was excellent and quickly found a stockist that delivers, not only that the company had an amazing 40%+ discount. Even though they are based in Essex, there was no charge for delivery.
I can’t fault the service I’ve had from Sara and the team!

I reported a broken piston on one of my reclining chairs which I had bought previously
I contacted the company and dealt wirh Dave Gibley I fully expected to have to pay for the replacement thinking that the warranty had expired but to my delight and gratitude this was replaced at no cost to me very quickly
The new strut is fitted and works perfectly

Great company and people to deal with which makes a change these days and they do all they can to help I needed some spare parts for my pergola and they were so helpful in keeping me up-to-date with the items within a few days they were delivered to my door. Couldn't thought them.

What a breath of fresh air, a company that bends over backwards to help it’s customers and for whom nothing seems to be too much trouble.

We needed a very small part for our pergola which had somehow suffered over winter. A quick email to describe the part to KB was replied to with a clear message that the part was available and how many would I need.

The postman delivered the part the following day. So within 2 days of identifying a problem it was solved.

Sara Blake was so helpful in sourcing and supplying us with replacement seat cushions for our Seville dining set …. The new cushions supplied are lovely …thicker and better quality material than our old ones … I much prefer them to the originals .. Sara worked very hard making sure she found the correct size cushions and confirming the colour we’d prefer & arranging delivery direct to us.. we have had our Katie Blake Seville furniture for several years now and it still looks like new especially now we have the fresh new seat pads … I highly recommend the quality of Katie Blake garden furniture ..and also the after sales service from Sara.

Appreciated the quick support in supplying a hard to find replacement gazebo curtain set. Will certainly consider KBF again!

Bought a new cover for our garden table and chairs set & sorry to say very disappointed. The previous cover lasted nearly ten years and so we were very keen to get another Katie Blake cover. I see you have changed the design and this new one is hopeless due to the rain water collecting at all four points between the chairs and even on top of the chairs. Collected 8 gallons of water this morning in a bucket as didn’t want the water flooding the patio. Really don’t want to keep doing this all through the winter.

I have been trying to buy night covers for two sets of furniture but the stockists are incorrect on the website, those that are correct can't help and despite numerous emails, phone calls and website enquiries, the company are not replying to me.
The guarantee is only valid if using their own covers but getting them is impossible.
Very poor customer service. Wouldn't use again or recommend them.

Bought a garden furniture set from Longacres and it now appears Katie Blake has gone into administration. So now we have no warranty whatsoever. Currently trying to get this resolved with Longacres but it appears they are equally as useless

trying to contact about an issue as my furniture has a 10 year warranty, it appears there is no one there to answer phones, are they just on holiday?? or have they ceased trading????????

Have been trying to contact company as a fault on a sofa which is still under warranty. Have sent photos and proof of purchase back in early August but no one responding to my emails, I have also tried calling but can’t get through on the phone. Has the company ceased trading? Really annoying as were helpful on phone earlier in summer and I am now left with a useless dining set as one sofa is unusable!
