Delighted with Milan reclining chairs, footstools and table set delivered this week. Continued great service from the Katie Blake team - always knowledgeable and helpful. We had a problem with first delivery date and the team were really helpful in getting it changed at very short notice. Credit also to the delivery team arranged by the company -given how far they had to bring it, consignment arrived on time and drivers delivered it with a smile. Once again, amazing helpful service. Thank you to the Katie Blake team; a pleasure to deal with you all.

We ordered Sandringham Table & Chairs Garden Bistro Set and Milan Compact Corner Set with High/Low Dining Table, waterproof covers and Scatter cushions. Overall we are delighted with our furniture, however we encountered some snagging issues:

On calling me to inform our furniture was ready for delivery I was asked if I was happy for furniture to be left outside my property on pallets. I was not as on ordering white glove assembly, free delivery, and removal of all packaging was part of my order. On raising this staff rightly agreed to honour arrangements, and explained since my order their policy had changed. Furniture duly delivered, assembled and all packing removed.

The waterproof cover for this set is ill fitting, too large. The cover is designed to fit several sets, clearly the largest which is not ours. We have resorted to adding additional elastic cords to ensure cover is not blown off in the wind, and or furniture moved to the point the table fell over on one occasion. Recommend cover sizes reviewed to ensure a better fit.

Milan Compact Corner Set with High/Low Dining Table: The dinning table had a faulty base section to one leg leading to wobble / unstable table. One of the plastic feet was cracked and the washer missing.

Quality control in factory should be improved to ensure all parts in perfect condition.

On contacting the sales team, they were well informed about some additional questions I posed, and to saying they would send replacement parts for us to fit. The team were professional, polite and well trained, although slow to respond to e-mails and to sending new parts due to staffing issues.

The furniture is as described, very comfortable, of high quality and has been much admired by friends, family and neighbours.

Yet again, excellent customer service. The cover I received for my corner sofa are definitely better than the previous ones I bought. Not knocking the previous ones but heavy and very durable but the new design fits better and more wind proof, I live in the very north east of England. I can’t fault the furniture or service in any way. The price is excellent for the quality of all furniture, cushions, throws and parasols. I have one then bought the one with the solar lights. Perfect for every occasion

Great company and products! One star less as i called to ask for the parasol base dimensions as our table has a horizontal element at low level. The customer services person was very helpful and rushed to measure (although one would expect this information to be on the website but unfortunately it isn't) but she gave us an incorrect measurement and the base does not fit under that element.

I ordered a few items, which were reduced by 50% which was excellent.
The items I ordered were good quality & excellent value.
The service was excellent from ordering my items to them being delivered, I would definitely order from you again & definitely recommend you.

The quality of the product is excellent. Delivery was as confirmed by this firm and it was a great price. My only disappointment was the site had very little left. After receiving the cushions I was so impressed I wanted to order a bistro recliner set but everything was out of stock. I would have given 5 stars otherwise but definitely recommend

Ordered & paid for goods in June which were delivered in August.
I was never given an update & had to keep calling to get an update on my delivery

Great furniture. I now have several pieces of furniture. Have also bought throws and inflatable footstools.
Keep the garden sets covered when not in use. Keeps furniture protected and looking like new when you next use it. Highly recommend. I bought in the sale half price. Very pleased.

A friendly approachable company if you have a issue they will do there best to sort it out

We had a little bit of wind last night and the cover came off and all the cushions got wet, if this can’t stand a bit of summer wind it will be totally useless in the winter, told I had to purchase cover from company who makes the furniture to get 5 year guarantee, going to try and get my money back and find ones that does the job

The furniture is good quality, delivery was problem free. Other than the cover wasn’t included. A cover was sent out later after I contacted glencrest. However the wrong one was sent by DHL. I am currently still waiting for the correct one to be sent and still have the wrong one as well. So product good but they need to sharpen up on the customer after service

Great product, great service

Dealt with my enquiries very quickly and managed to resolve my issue.

We ordered some cushions in March and the date kept pushed back. They were finally meant to be in early July, but then got pushed back yet again. I called to ask if they could be delivered within 6 days as were going away on holiday and we didn't want them on the doorstep for a prolonged period. They said that they were more interested in an external exhibition they were attending and probably wouldn't have time. There should be more attention paid to existing, loyal (repeat) customers than swanning off to an exhibition. I wasn't overly happy but said if that was going to be case could they ensure that they were delivered just after we got back and they said they would do that. What happened ? They just delivered them whilst we were on holiday anyway and totally disregarded our wishes (and what was agreed). Either a very cavalier attitude to customer service or appalling internal co-ordination.
