In addition, we offer Lasting Powers of Attorney and support with both probate and executorship. As part of our service, we offer free basic wills for both individuals and couples living in England and Wales, saving on average £114 per individual when compared with the cost of having a will drawn up by a solicitor. We pride ourselves on providing a professional, reliable service whilst at the same time guiding clients sensitively through a process which can sometimes be quite daunting. Many of our clients have commented on how friendly and supportive our staff are and appreciate the fact that we are always able to respond to queries quickly and efficiently. One of the benefits of our service is that we can offer a range of appointments throughout the day, on weekday evenings and also on Saturday mornings. These can take place over the phone, by Zoom or even face to face in our offices or in your home if you prefer (depending on your location). From initial contact Four Seasons were efficient in contact, they scheduled a meeting with us at a convenient time. There was no long wait for an appointment, it was the next week. We both work day shifts and Matt was available to spend his evening having a meeting with us.
Matt made us feel at ease, explained everything clearly and spent time getting to know us both. It was very useful having Matt and his experience of being in the same type of employment as us. He understood us. This made the process easier and felt like Matt understood our expectation and limitations.
Matt wasn’t afraid to highlight and explain any risks and what they would mean short and long term. Within 30-45 minutes of our online meeting Matt had an outcome.

After reviewing my wishes for my will with one of their will writers. I decided to cancel the service the very next day!
It as now been 24 days and I still haven’t received my refund. Section 7.7 of there policy for refunding they say I should received it within 14days!
I’ve made contact and spoke with Matt himself who promised to refund the money with in five days with no avail I still await my refund

We are deeply concerned and frankly shocked to receive this feedback, as it represents the only negative comment we have received to date. We hold ourselves to a high standard of client care and compliance, and it is clear that, in this instance, those standards have not been met.
Following our conversation, your refund was duly requested through our payment system. However, due to unforeseen and increasing technical issues with our former card processing provider, the transaction regrettably remained in a pending state. We have since transitioned to a new provider in direct response to these issues, as we take our regulatory obligations and the trust our clients place in us extremely seriously.
To resolve this matter without any further delay, we respectfully ask that you contact us at your earliest convenience. We will ensure the refund is processed directly and immediately.
Please be assured that we are taking this matter up with the third-party provider involved, and that a full internal review is being conducted to ensure such an issue cannot arise again.
