Great time
A great fun experience but so glad it wasn't raining as that would have been quite miserable. As it was it was cold (but it was March). It took us longer than anticipated caused by the use of the instructions received in advance. We were given an updated set of printed instructions by the St Paul's Info Centre but didn't realise the significance and struggled at the points where our online instructions were out of date. Our existing knowledge of places in London helped. Impressed by the investment and preparation of the clues and would recommend. Wrap up well though if the weather is not going to be great.

We met up with our 'well over 60's team' on a cold, wet (very) and windy day in London, with a view to calling it off. Thank goodness we didn't. It was such a well thought out and exciting day, going to places we would not have gone to, so who cared how wet and cold we became. OK, so it took us 5 hours (including a lovely meal along the way), but we would love to do another one, and soon.

Ingenious and inventive
Ingenious and inventive, and a boat ride thrown in! Missed a couple of the clues - building works? - but caught up.
Thank you
The instructions were really badly…
The instructions were really badly explained, the emails were not clear and we are Londoners who know the city well. One clue item was missing (staff said it had been removed), some of the language used obscure and in some cases it was very unclear what we were suposed to do at the clue at all. We gave up half way, which is not in our nature as we love treasure hunts. Too criptic and unclear. We were testing this for a coroporte event but we cant ask our collegues to do this. Also, too many clues, and too much to find at each clue. Make it simple, tick the box and go on. Clues did not link to each other in some cases.

Fun way to spend half a day / a day
Two over 60s and two 17 year old Londoners had a great afternoon cracking clues and seeing things in our home town we hadn’t noticed before. The boys compared it to Assassins Creed without the killing! I’d really recommend this to families and groups of people. It would be hard to do on your own - lots of lateral thinking needed. If you don’t know the city of London this would be a great way to do see some iconic sights. If you don’t know the city you could spend the whole day and would have time to take a lot of great photos. It took us about 4 hours, with one coffee stop.

Zurich vs. London
We did several trails in Switzerland and found it much easier there. We are living in London since several years and know the area where the fox wanders around very well, without the knowledge of the area we would have never found our way.
Wasn´t fun at the end because we had to focus so much on the reading and descriptions that we had no time to enjoy the trail.
In addition in Switzerland all steps through the city are clearly visible and highlighted with the Fox sign, however, that´s not the case in London. Can´t remember 100% but I think the only step which had the fox sign next to it was the wooden pole at borough market… Fox-Team, you are better than this…

Very helpful Foxtrail staff.
I made a complete mess of booking the walks but Margaret from Foxtrail walks kindly sorted it out for me.

Simple
Simple, clear, straight forward - as I would expect any state-of-the-art booking system to run.
Really enjoyed the Foxtrail
Really enjoyed the Foxtrail around London discovering new places that we’ve not seen before or taken the time to look at! We did struggle with several unclear clues and felt fortunate that some of the group were Londoners who knew where we should go. However overall it was a very enjoyable day!
Great family entertainment
Most clues were excellent and as a family with kids between 9-16 we were well entertained for 4+ hours. We were lucky not to have to pay full price as it was an offer. We would not have paid full price as a family.

Good way to spend a day
It would take the whole day realistically to do this as exhausting and need stop offs. Some confusing clues but jolly good fun and a novel way to retrace the usual steps around London
Great way to explore
Great once we got going. Initial instructions were not clear enough so we left the correct spot and went in circles for 45 mins.

Very interesting and unusual trail
Very interesting and unusual trail, but the texting hint service didn’t work well, though it did come up with essential information at two crucial points. Fox trail have gone to a LOT of trouble to make it all interesting and unusual.
Not to be missed!!!
We decided to do this after seeing a pamphlet about it at the hotel.
Had some issues paying online but decided to go to the starting point anyway. There the lady from the Info centre put me in touch with a representative from Foxtrail and she was VERY helpful. Since they kept having an issue with the system she ended up giving me the experience for free.
We went on the trail and enjoyed every bit of it. It was fun, challenging and interactive and we got to see many of the main sites London has to offer.
Highly recommended!!!
We so enjoyed this trail.
We so enjoyed this trail.
We were a bit worried initially as the SMS with the video link took quite a while to come and the information office lady said that a group a few days before had had problems.
Once the text came in though, all worked completely smoothly.
The trail took us to amazing locations and interesting sights in London which we would likely never have seen otherwise.
The objects to find were so clever.
We will definitely be coming back to do the next 2 trails when they are available.
Many thanks to Foxtrail
Nice
Some parts of it are a slight bit confusing, but it's a good experience.
Done this seen that
We spent a couple of hours in a fun way and saw landmark after landmark. I shot around 500 fotos along the way. Brilliant.
Enjoyed this very much and with family makes it even better!
Enjoyed this very much and with children excited made it even better. We will be back with the whole family next month and have told friends about it. Good trail and groups and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a different type of event to enjoy with family.
super procedure as in Switzerland
