I was really looking forward to do the foxtrail as I already did it in Switzerland and liked it a lot. Unfortunately, I was totally disappointed!
We booked the trail on a Saturday and already at the first riddle material for take away was missing and nobody answered the helpline. However, we could start the trail as the people at the tourist info told us how to get to the second riddle. During the trail several riddles did not work and we tried to reach the helpline and the chat several times. In the end, we had to stop the trail after ~3/4 because the riddle was damaged and no one got back to us. Until today nobody answered any message (phone, chat, mail) although we complained and tried to get our money back... I'm really disappointed by the trail and the not existing customer service!

This is great. We decided to do it with our 3 year old against advice on website. However. He loved it, apart from it is long so it took ages and had to build in lots of breaks, play time and food into the adventure. It worked but imagine much better with just adults or teenage kids
The only minus is that some of the clues did not work. Don't want to spoil it for anyone so won't give specific details here but Foxtrail you may want to check the periscope and the treasure chest.
Overall room for improvement but provided a day long activity for us.

I thought that was an excellent trail.
Very good for teenagers and grammar schools.
A real team building activity.

Great Choice to see and learn things about London. Much Fun and nice walk.
The price could be cheaper for Groups or Families.

We really liked the first trail in London. It was very exciting to discover new places that we had not known before. The trail was interesting and the riddles challenging but not too difficult. We would love to do another trail in London when we visit the city the next time.

Great tour! Clues are imaginative and not too easy, but also not too hard to find. Well done & highly recommended!

The trail was perfect, quite challenging but very informative!
I stay in London frequently and saw a lot of new poi's!
But one big complaint: we did NOT get the promised foto of our team!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A nice foxtrail, which has led us to realy exciting places. The puzzles are good, but it's not always clear where exactly the places are. From switzerland, we know it so that there are foxtrail signs or traces at all the places, so that you know that you are in the right place. We were often unsure if we were on the right track and we also had to ask. But getting the tips as SMS is a good idea (in Switzerland you have to call). And the instruction in German would have been very helpful for us, sometimes we were not shure whether we understand everything right...

Great trail. A bit tricky if you are from overseas without an easy internet connection/ access to SMS to ask for hints, but great for seeing different parts of the city.

So far so good. I just wish someone would answer as something went wrong with the starting time. I would like to set it right but don't know how.

Today Jimmy of FoxTrail came back to me and fulfilled my request in no time. Turns out I chose the wrong channel to contact FoxTrail. A reply to the confirmation e-mail was not a wise move. I should have known better.

A really fun and original activity and in a great location. Four of us from London completed the course in about 3 hours and discovered a number of interesting spots we didn't know existed. The clues and puzzles along the way were challenging but not too demanding. Would recommend to anyone who wants to explore London with friends and see something new.

Excellent way to discover London.
