Scammers. I opted for the option to return my item for a full refund and they automatically went with a partial refund. Now I'm going to have to dispute with Mastercard to get my money back.

DHGATE IS A SCAME! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY, AVOID IT AT ANY COST, My Order Number: 3275077666 I have ordered A jacket on the Last November 2020. I have selected DHL courier service but the seller used different shipping method without asking me. The shipment arrived on mid-December and the tracking was showing unable to delivery so I went to post office and from the post office they sent me 6 different Wearhouse to find my parcel and it cost me 50 euros for travel expenses. In the end, the post office said that my parcel may be lost because they could not find it. The post office asked me to inform the seller. I have informed seller on 23rd December using DHgate message. The seller never responded to me and the parcel sent back to the seller by the end of December. I have opened the dispute asking the jacket plus my 50 euros travel expenses but DH gate sent me an email saying they will deduct 14usd from me because of courier charge. The parcel never arrived at me and it cost my hours of times to look it in the post office and in the end, they stole my money.

Dhgate has become a rubbish site. I have bought something and my parcel has been stuck in one place on the tracking for over 26days and the refund button is not working on the site I bought this as Christmas gifts in November and we are now 2 days away from 2021. This is the worst place to purchase anything

ck1968 Guangdong, China (Mainland) for $148 in October 2020. I even paid for a more quicker and expensive shipping method (DHL) and till this date I am yet to receive my parcel. The seller gave me a fake tracking number and when I called DHL to help locate my parcel they told me the parcel was never shipped i must speak to the seller. I requested a refund and this low life still had the nerve to decline my request for a refund stating that I can only get $50...LOL... scam scam scam.

Less than one star. dHGate kept delaying estimated delivery date and now has pushed it into 2021. Not a trustworthy site for purchasing in my experience.

I would give this zero stars if that was an option. I ordered a big game board and received a lipstick. I contacted seller, no response. I tried to open a claim and the website gave out an error message every time. Finally was able to speak to someone online and explained what happened and provided proof. They said they would open a claim on my behalf but never did!! Stay away from this website and save yourself some money and time.

I returned the item and seller promised for full refund & paid for the shipping cost. Then I don’t have the shipping label but I do have tracking number & usps receipt and yet DHgate kept asking me for the damn shipping label! I told them ( I chatted with more than 2 people and none of them good ) that I don’t have the shipping label but I sent them the shipping label that I handwritten. The package is stuck in Beijing. So I don’t get my refund plus the shipping cost! Instead DHgate released the payment to the scammer seller that I believe gave me non exist address ( with no number ) which I thought maybe it’s a factory.
So beware with this platform. They don’t care about customers! I reported the transaction to my CC and they refunded me back. So I got screwed over the shipping cost. Well DHgate good luck at least your company got a flag from the credit card company!

Purchased a lot of 100 items from a seller. They sent me 66 of a counterfeit lower quality item that DID NOT match the photos or listing at all. I opened a dispute in which the seller stated to return and they would pay return shipping. Return shipping is actually reimbursement upon proof of actual amount paid to return. In my case it was $213.95 I had to pay OUT OF MY POCKET to return and have had 9 guarantees the seller will issue a refund of the $400 for the items, and $213.95 for return shipping. The return shipping tracking number had 2 tracking numbers. Usps throughout the US and then FEDEX overseas back to China. This seller REFUSED the package due to the import cost over 10 days ago. Due to this, the “analyst” will not communicate with me and no refund has been issued. I keep being given lies and excuses. I have provided accurate documentation of tracking numbers, screen shots, and even proof the seller stated they refused the package. No one will help me with this matter at all. I buy 2-3x per month from this site and this will end me ever purchasing again.order # 3247216349 my analyst was suppose to (guaranteed by customer service in fact) reach out to me and process a refund 4 days ago. Nothing- zero communication at all!

None of you know how DHGate works if ur talking sh!t about it. You all sound slow. They DONT have your info for you who say they do. They CANT. And they are not a ripoff site. Theres sellers on there who have good and bad reviews. Learn to use the site correctly. Its not hard.

this place has stole 500$ from me. i order my stuff 4 months ago and never received anything. i cannot find any of my order information and when i contact them they want a order number which has somehow been deleted. i can only see my items in recently purchases items and they will not help me. they will ship out ur first ORDER so u think everything is legit then when u order from them again they rob u and never send the items. and somehow all the past order get deleted from the ap what a joke

It has been 2 months and I am still waiting on DhGate to refund me my postage cost on a return. They have messed me around time and time again giving a different excuse over and over. I will never get my £16 back, it's evident. Now all I can do is STRESS NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM. follow the reviews and the 1 star rating!

It's a scam. Links to get in touch with customer service don't work. Had to contact them via Facebook. My shipment is marked as delivered and payment has gone to the seller without any means of me saying that I did not receive it. He asked for another $100 on top of a payment of £40 because of "a mistake". I refused. That is not how escrow payments work. You cannot submit for a refund until the money has already gone to the seller. On my other order it does not reflect what I thought I was buying by the description and photographs.

Just an update from my last review that some of you maybe read
Finally Dhgate got in touch with me and say they have found my order ( after seller had no communication or sending me confirmation even though they took my money almost three weeks ago!)
Anyway long story short apparently it’s in transit to arrive wait for it.......on or around 1-12/2021!!!!
The estimated delivery was 2-3 weeks not 14 months!!!! So my original review still stands.Next time il stick to eBay!
Ordered something also from China the day I ordered with Dhgate and was here within a week!

Please for your own sake DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM .

This is a complete ripoff. I paid in January over $200 till now nothing received. Try to contact the customer service’ they deleted all my history now I m end up with total lost of $200. Do not trust very doggie and unprofessional, staff and suppliers are working together to scam people around the

Costumer careless. Slow solving issues and answering messages. Desrespect their own deadlines. Dodgy sellers.
The parcel I bought never arrived. A couple months ago I opened a dispute asking for a full refund and the parcel return. The process is still ongoing.
They keep asking me for some proof within 2 days. I give them what they ask and some days later they ask me again and I think this loop will continue until I'm too tired and stop answering and then I guess if I miss the 2 days deadline they will say I failed so I lost my rights.
Also they had some deadlines wich they missed.
Some contacts will never answer, while others always give the same automatic response.

Dhgate should be banned, be aware bunch of criminals and scammers on this site now they will scam you 100%. Most of the sellers on this site is scammers and fraudulent they will ship the item and provide you wrong tracking address that goes to different country that's not yours. Second is seller ships the item arrives to you then when you open the package you see different item not described as the one you ordered from him, however the seller makes a very tactic to confuse you and confuse the dhgate resolution centre , what they do is they will put wrong weight a weight that's not exact as it is and put an item that has same weight as the one you ordered, for example if you ordered 5 bags you will recieve one bag instead of 5 delievered to you and the weight of one bag equala to the weight of 5 bags this is the confusion and then dhgate resolution will close your case when you made a dispute already on that seller by making you the victim and the seller is not the victim they will release the money for the seller and you will never get something out of it. Some sellers will message you on WhatsApp or viber if you have , and they will message you to convince you or lie to you in many different ways. Do not use this site otherwise your going to face serious consequences dealing with fraudulent sellers and scammers the customer service isnt that helpful and will stand with the seller rather than with the customers rights even if they know your right and the seller is wrong. Should be banned from google playstore , appstore and its site should be banned by authorities. If this site will continue like this , they are going to keep robbing people and stealing their money and ofcourse this is done and planned with fake sellers in china who deliberately expertise knowing how to scam sellers without them getting banned.
