Do not ever buy anything from Fashion Mia. It virtually operates a scam. I ordered a dress for £21.99. It came promptly with a return address of Unit 2, Beanacre Drive, Birmingham, B5 5RF. It was too small and one sleeve was sewn inside out. i contacted Fashionmia by email under their 30 day refund offer. I was told to keep the garment and give it to a friend and they would give me a voucher B2451778. (for only £6.00) towards another garment I refused and said I wanted to send it back. They just sent me an address in China to post the goods! I refused to send it. Unhelpful email communications, No money refunded.

Over a month ago I bought 3 item's for £67 , till now I did not receive my order . After contacting Fashionmia so many times asking for a full refund they simply said " sorry we cannot refund you " . Almost everything I buy is online and I've never come across such a bad service and experience with an online site .

We placed an order over 100 pounds during the Black Friday weekend. Its been over 15 working days (today, exactly) and I have not received what I ordered. On top of that, I requested a refund for one item which they advertised and then cancelled once I made payment (false advertisement). They sent me an online form which requested for me to enter my debit card details including the security code at the back of the card. They sent this to me to say that they were going to process my refund for the one item. I gave this to only find that someone had immediately made payment with my card totaling 81.55 pounds. This was through a company called Ocean Insurance based in the USA. Based on my customer experience so far, do not use this company as there is no way of contacting them if anything goes wrong. (They seemed to be registered in Hong Kong) and do not reply to the online form. Still waiting on order NOT HAPPY. Order#B2470838

AKA Missiapick, Berrylook, Fashionmia, FashionMe, Kyrakiss, Hellocloth... on your statement you may also see Xi'an Ao Peng Network Technology Co., Ltd. ALL of them are scams. Beware any good reviews, especially as the site isn’t old enough for customers to have been buying from them for “years”. Positive reviews are most likely fake. Like others I ordered and paid extra for the shipping. Four weeks later nothing arrived. I emailed the company and didn’t receive a response. A few days later I contacted them via dispute through PayPal. I was told the item had just shipped out the day before and that the problem was international shipping but due to the inconvenience I was offered an $8 coupon and asked to close the dispute. Of course this wasn’t acceptable and I said no thanks and I wanted a partial refund and I’d return the skirt. Again I was told to wait patiently and was asked a second time to close the dispute. Did a search and found this site so seeing that others had the same problems I’d experienced I escalated the dispute to have PayPal resolve it on my behalf and within 24 hours they didn’t just rule in my favor they refunded me 100%. In my escalated dispute I expressed concerns that these vendors are scams. Using several aliases is definitely shady. So if you used PayPal definitely dispute it!

Always do a signed for postage to this company as you will battle to get your refund on items you return.

I ordered a dress back in June 2018. I cancelled literally days later and requested a refund. We are now in October of 2018 and I have not seen my refund.
The only form of communication seems to be email. They have responded to my emails each of them with empty apologies and ensuring that they do not scam however, the date of my refund that they promise continuously gets pushed out further and further.
If you think there is any chance of needing to return your goods for a refund DON'T DO IT!!

Spare yourself the grief - they take your order, take your money and you never see either of them again. I ordered over 2 months ago and despite regular promises of refunds for non received order which I placed (£57GBP)

Be REALLY careful and only order something from here if you want a lengthy challenge with no end result.

Spare yourself! This company should not be allowed to advertise on the internet. Here's how they work it: they use photos of beautiful clothes, but without the models heads. In other words, they pilfer photos from other fashion companies. then they either don't send the items ordered or claim that they have not received payment. However, when the items do arrive they are the $5 version of the clothing advertised on their site. I received 3 items 2 months late (but only after making a dispute claim with my credit card company) and the items were 3 different sizes and made from a material that would be more suitable for an umbrella. Horrible ripoff!

THEY ARE THIEVES! HAVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE. ORDER SOME STUFF AND HAD TO RETURN THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY POOR QUALITY ETC. I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE JANUARY FOR REFUND AND ONLY EXCUSES AND LIES! STAY WAY FROM THEM

Avoid this company. I ordered a dress for my daughter in May. After four weeks, it still hasn't shown up, and when I look up my order on their website it says it is processing. When I contacted them to ask about my order, and when I could expect it to arrive, they replied by telling me that I had an opportunity to purchase order insurance when I placed my order. If I wanted to click a link to purchase that insurance now, then they would look into why my order hasn't yet been delivered. This company is a scam. As soon as I got their reply about order insurance I filed a claim with PayPal for a refund. Trying to extort more money out of a customer to do what they should be doing already is preposterous.

this company is a disgrace I ordered a dress in December and am still waiting for it they gave me the item number eventually after lots of times of me asking the order number is B2165822 they also sent me a tracking number which wasn't recognised JV086671535GB this is just not acceptable and this company should not be allowed to treat people this way
