I received my order and I discovered…

I received my order and I discovered that in the box I had 2 same jackets and other more expensive jacket was missing. I contacted the customer service and Maryam help me to solve it. she was so nice and she had patience with me. It was definitely 100% best service experience.

Great quality, super friendly customer service

I have bought jeans several times over more than a year and I am very satisfied. Sizes are correct, models are beautiful and of good quality. I made a mistake once and bought bigger size jeans, their super, super friendly Maryam at customer service helped me a great deal and with great enthusiasm, kindness and patience. I highly recommend them.

BE CAREFUL

If I could I would not even give 1 start. Thief’s by all means. I made an order worth £ 370, I wasn’t receiving my package and when I contacted them they said I need to pay an additional £100 for customs. After paying this received my order but some of the items were too small, so sent back and requested a larger size had to pay an additional £50 for returning the items . They don’t reply at all , very hard to get in touch with them, nevertheless they asked an additional £100 + for sending back the order with bigger sizes. Conclusion. I ended up paying around £600 and not receiving my order back. If this is not going to be sorted out I will take this forward to higher enforcements as this is Fraud, stealing people money and unacceptable from a reputable Company Francomina

Refund

I wrote them every day to email regarding the refund because I have sent items back. This started at the end of January. And still no response. I really don’t recommend that shop to buy. I can just hope and wait if I will get money back.

I absolutely do not recommend this shop. In November I ordered a blouse and a jumper, but I received only 1 item. I wrote many emails, but to February I do not have money back. No apology, only excuses and promises.

Not getting reply to e-mail or whatsapp

I ordered a dress on 1st February 2024. I need to know if the item will be received in the following 2 weeks. Its not profissional at all to have been billed already, and get no reply to my queries.

Disappointed

Wrong package/ No refund

I received the wrong package ( from another customer) one month ago. I contacted Fracomina, they said they will try to found it, they didn't find it so they asked me to return (sending me the return label by email) and give me the information they will refund me. Until now, I didn't receive my money neither my order. I was honest with Fracomina, but seeing some comments now if I knew I didn't returned the package until they refund me. This is totally unnaceptable from a known and prestigious brand. Was my first and last order online.

bad service attendance

I made an online purchase and as the product did not please me, I returned it.
I asked them to send the invoice for the return fees on the 15th of this month.
They did not send and stopped responding to my emails.
I understand that the procedure is regrettable!

I had a bad experience with returning the items and receiving a refund. I recommend they start inserting return labels in the packages as the information on website and otherwise is very poor.

Horrible company awful customer service & poor quality jeans

Horrible company to deal with. Their jeans are a great fit & look great but the quality is very poor. The beads, stones & other decorations fall off after 1 wash or just within a few weeks. Then their customer service us the worse I ever experienced. I had an item that has not been delivered, probably was just not packed into the box with other items. When I informed them they did not do anything to offer a solution. I got a call from the DHL delivery guy to tell me it was delivered, that felt almost like threatening me. I had to fill in forms which I did, they were for DHL. Fracomina came back to say that it was delivered and that was it, even though I never received the item but paid for it. Basically they are calling me, a returning paying customer, a liar! I’ve asked to speak to a manager but they just ignore me now. Honestly I would not give these my business anymore. Or buy in a store where they do have reasonable customer service in case you need it. Online is a big NO NO and major risk.
