I ordered beautifull blue dress among sale Items. The dress arrived damaged under arms, with sweat stains under arms and used belt with clear signs of wearing it. It looks like I got an item that was sent back under warranty period, nicely packed and re sent.

team ready to solve problems on chat

I ordered some jeans that came without a button, I spoke to professionals in the chat who quickly resolved the problem promptly, and they sent me the free return shipping.
I had given them a one star, (comment I just edited) but due to the speed of solving my case, they deserve a 5 stars.

Really bad experience

Really bad experience. Article was not in good condition. It was delivered dirty and looked like a returned article. Not much feedback during the refund process. Although I love Fracomina design and clothes, I Will not use online purchase again

No news no answer. More than 5 working days

I've made an order in saturday 15th and after 6 working days no news about my shippment. Hence I've called Fracomina twice and sent two emails asking for explanations nobody answer me and I don't anything about my jeans and of course the money out of my bank.
