I ordered a unboxed bottle of Guerlain Ideal Edp ! I was nervous bc the Email didn’t specify that it was the EDP and it’s pretty hard to get . It took a while to get here but I was aware that it may take longer than usual . When it got here it was in great condition and it was a original bottle not a tester ! Definitely authentic and hard to get fragrances at Fragrance 11 !!!

Dishonest company
Placed an order for several bottles of the same perfume. Order was canceled claiming the item was "damaged in stock/not in condition to ship and could not restock." Went on website to check and they had increased the price per bottle by almost double and was showing in stock and available to ship. Dishonest and unacceptable.

Happy but…
I was very delicate when I started receiving my package the performs smoked great but the when the third one came the box was all bent and messed up when open the perform had broke in shipping it wasn’t wrapped in any thing so I received glass and wasn’t happy any more.

Review of perfume order
The eau de parfum is fine (although it took a long time to arrive). However, it arrived with a small perfume dispenser that was empty, but had residue of the same perfume inside. I’m not sure whether it was supposed to be full, but if not, it would have better to have received it clean. In addition, now that I have used it, it is very faint - the body cream I have in the same fragrance is stronger. Is it possibly diluted?

Authenticity???
One has to question the authenticity of a product that arrives with no box wrapped in foam. Also there are very small “floaties” in the bottle, almost like a snow globe. Not sure what it is but I don’t recall seeing these in any other bottle I’ve owned.

You order was for a Tester Bottle( Testers are 100% authentic, fresh and completely full just like the original fragrance, however they are meant for the counter in a department store. Testers often come in a plain white box but sometimes they do not have a cap or box.We do not have a retail store this is why we sell it online at a lower price than a regular boxed bottle).This is why it was bubble wrapped for safety.

Originally gave a bad review because I had not received my item. But I finally received it and the perfume is in fact authentic so it was only right that I came her to update my review. I would have given it 5 stars but the shipping did take long and the first Customer Service rep to contact me was a little sassy and I don't like that. But everyone I have spoken to after him have been nice.

Wrong size
While I did get the brand I ordered, I did not get the size. I ordered two bottles of the 3.5 oz Lucky Number 6 but received two bottles of the 1.7 oz.
