After walking into their showroom recently and meeting the owner my partner I opted to have a double Bi-fold door to open up the back of our property. The work commenced promptly and the installation team worked in a very professional manner. Having been a tradesman for 18 yrs I can't recommend this company enough, solely on the precision of the installation.

we chose frame master as they are a local family company who had also done work in our area and we were not disappointed but very pleased with their professionalism through the whole process and the quality of the product combined with their tidiness when fitting and we have no hesitation in recommending them to others

I have used Framemaster to build a conservatory a few years ago and was very pleased with the results. I therefore had no hesitation in using them to replace 5 double-glazed windows.
The workmanship was excellent and the windows look great. They put dustsheets down everywhere so they could walk around the house without making a mess and cleaned up after themselves.
Only issue was they broke two out of three brackets that secured a valance to a wooden blind which was annoying rather than catastrophic and windows need a thorough clean to remove marks where labels on glass were.

Framemaster have just replaced our old conservatory roof for the Warm roof tiling. It has made such a great difference the room now looks like part of the house, it is so warm and quiet in there. Also had a front porch door fitted that is excellent quality. The team were so friendly and professional from start to finish and tidied up after themselves. I would definitely use this company again.

Excellent service and product. We had a bifold door installed. We needed the window removed and a bigger opening created. Larry and Peter were very helpful. The installers were neat and tidy and removed all the old brickwork with out mess or fuss. We are over the moon with job and glad we made the decision to have a larger bifold door fitted.

We are delighted with our new conservatory and 10 new windows in the house. The standard of workmanship was excellent and the team were extremely helpful. hardworking and a pleasure to deal with. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Excellent quality of product. All the management team and tradesmen were very hardworking, polite , friendly and tidy. Very professional. The team worked tirelessly in adverse conditions to complete the project. No payment was required until the work had been inspected by the surveyor and we were completely satisfied. We have also had a front door and patio door fitted. Would definately recommend and use the firm again in the future.

Ordered a new front door. From the outset they were very professional. No deposit required. The installers were very polite and friendly and did an excellent job. Payment was only required once their foreman came to do a final quality check on the installation. Since then all the appropriate insurance cover documents have been coming through which we didn't expect as it was just a front door. Very pleased with the company and will be getting them to do some replacement windows next.

I was impressed from the very beginning, very professional, from start to finish. I recieved a clear quote with drawings, sent in the post and by email. Extra visits were done to ensure the measurements were correct and I was happy. I wanted different handles to what they had advertised and they sourced those without any trouble. Once they arrived, I couldn't believe how friendly they were. They were respectful about the house and the carpets in particular ! I was so relieved about this, as I had just experienced some very messy builders! Overall, I haven't stopped raving about them, oh and the Windows look great !

Framemaster totally professional from their first visit to the completion of our Garden Room. Their commitment was always 100%, as the extension evolved we realised that other jobs needed to be completed to ensure that all the rooms flowed into the new Garden Room they helped out wherever they could. All of the trades where polite, highly skilled, tidy and punctual. The rear of our home has changed enormously and we love it. From the moment we contacted James at Framemaster we were treated promptly, courteously and professionally.

Our installation was for some fairly large Patio Doors - 8m x 2.4m and 4m x 2.4m - each made up of 3 sliding sections. The doors were manufactured by Reynaer and Framemaster were recommended to us by their UK office.

Once the doors were specified and ordered, Framemasters surveyor, Jon measured up and liaised with our builder to ensure there were no hidden surprises on installation. We were very pleased when Jon himself turned up to supervise the team of 4 fitters.

The fitting of the doors, together with 2 windows and 3 rooflights was completed in 1 day. All the fitters were extremely professional, hard working and polite and worked through with very little break.

The finished result is superb, attention to detail was excellent and the doors can be moved with one finger. We were consulted at all stages of the installation as to our preferences. Our builder is very impressed.

We will certainly be recommending Framemaster to anyone we know with a requirement for windows or doors.

The dealings with Framemaster was very clear and always accurate.

I have to say all the above were met, and in fact surpassed as they were happy to refit the door bell and external letterbox with no hassle or even mention of extra charge.
