I recently had an outstanding experience with the Lost & Found team at Orly Airport. I had unknowingly left my laptop at the security check and only realized it five days later while I was already in Barcelona. Initially, I assumed it had been stolen, but after retracing my steps, I realized I must have left it at Orly.

My wife quickly submitted a lost item report through their website, and I was impressed by how responsive and communicative the Orly team was throughout the process. Although they initially couldn’t locate the laptop, they kept me informed with regular updates. To my pleasant surprise, a week later they found it!

I’m truly grateful for their professionalism and persistence. It’s rare to see such dedication, and this experience gave me immense confidence in their Lost & Found services. Thank you, Orly Airport, for going above and beyond!

My Name is Don Lirette. I live in Eunice, Louisiana in the United States. I left from your Airport yesterday morning returning home from a trip to France via Paris from your airport. I went into the bathroom prior exiting the airport to get on my flight. I accidently left my phone in the bathroom stall and got on my plane. The pilot was kind enough to walk with me back to the bathroom and the phone wasn't there. I got on my plane and came home. I did find my phone on my watch ( a day late obviously ) and it’s showing it at a first aid station (terminal 1 area) in your airport. I'm thinking someone turned it in. I was right! Marc with the airport retrieved my phone and now it’s on its way back to my home in Eunice,Louisiana USA! Love me some France ! God bless y’all and thanks for the help!!!!

My mother lost her iPhone on an Air France flight from Paris to Amsterdam last week (15 June 2025). Before she was aware she had lost it, the plane had returned to Paris.
On finding the Air France Objets Trouves website, i immediately reported it missing on her behalf and it was found within less than 24hrs. The communication from Objet Trouves (I dealt with a very helpful lady called Julia) was exceptional. The phone was then couriered (at our cost) back to us in London. We had the phone back in our possession within less than 6 days.
Easy and exceptional service. Thank you!

They responded in less than a day and were very helpful. Signs on the construction wall would have been useful in assisting finding the location. Appointments were readily available.

It was amazing that the team managed to find my purse which had been stolen during my sightseeing at Eiffel Tower in Paris on May 12, 2025. It was during my visit to Paris from Belgium. I registered my lost item with France Lost and Found on May 13. I got the notification email of finding my purse on June 17 and then we followed the procedure of the delivery of my purse from Paris to Belgium, which cost 32 euros. Despite the high price of delivery, I thank the team for their service of finding my lost item.

Today, I received in the post in the USA the wallet I accidentally left at Musee d’Orsay. Fortunately, it was cash only, no credit cards, but still I was relieved to find all Euros intact. As soon as I realized that the wallet was missing, I located Trouvé’s wonderful service. There was a match made quickly. Unfortunately, I was already at CDG and could not physically pick up the wallet at Lost and Found. They generously posted the wallet to my home. I am over the moon happy with this service. Merci beaucoup and bravo!

It was a great experience with the CDG Lost and Found. I lost my laptop at the airport in the airside. The reporting was very easy. Honestly, I never expected it to be found. But the notifications, appointment booking to retrieve the item and the collection very super easy. Couldnt be more satisfied.

Exellent service, my lost item was sendt to me very fast. Also, communication with them was easy and effective.

This must be the 4th review I am writing for France Objets Trouves this week.

I am trying to get them to help me with an ongoing issue so that I can finally get to the bottom of who is responsible for losing my camera lens and get compensation for serious negligence.

They claimed I failed to respond, when this was proven to be false they made another excuse.

For the last two years they have claimed that it was not their fault, but that of another company they work with.

I have asked them repeatedly over two years that they help me reach out to this company, as any time I have tried I have not received a response. I would assume they would have better means of communication, but whenever I ask for this they just do not respond.

The whole issue they claim is because this other company did not contact them about my item being returned, and hence when they received it they donated it without contacting me.

I am so confused and angry about the sever negligence, lack of accountability, and the fact they feel it is okay to ignore me and accuse me.

Hoping for a response.

Forgot my ipad and ereader in the tray at the security at CDG airport last Sunday.
Filled out the missing item report at the website on Tuesday. Within 30 minutes I received the confirmation my lost items where found and within 48 hours they shipped to my home adres in the Netherlands.

I've misplaced a backpack in Orly and, due to being in transit, I didn't have the chance to spend time looking for it without being stranded in Paris (albeit, not a bad place to be).

This was Saturday evening. I've arrived home late at night and, without much hope since I was not sure if it had been stolen or not, I filled and submitted a lost item report.

I couldn't be more pleased the next morning when I received the answer telling me that they have found it and with all the contents! I quickly arranged for the shipping and the next Monday, it's on its way.

Thanks a lot from me!! I got my lost watch. Quickly! You work very well and are kind people!
