Unfortunately, the second phone that was sent to me after I returned the first phone was faulty, as confirmed by an Apple Genius Bar technician. I requested a refund and then bought another phone from Mobile Guru which has been great.

The S23 I bought was in great condition. I was a bit surprised that the phone was wrapped in a microfibre towel with a bit of twine, but the other materials were biodegradable and well-packaged. It came with a charging cable as well which I was pleasantly surprised about.

Absolutely thrilled with my phone and charger will definitely buy again in the Future. Pleasantly surprised how fast it arrived and how professional this company is.

I have purchased a few phones from franks mobile for my family, and have been completely happy with every order. Delivery time is great.

I had trouble communicating via email as their email address was not working at the time, after sending them a review about it, they reply immediately and sorted out my problem.

My battery capacity was below 80% and I only had it for under 2 months, I got a new battery from Apple and they refunded me the money the next day.
