Easy transactions. Great phone.

The phone arrived very quickly and the condition was as described.

However, it had not been thoroughly cleaned and there was a lot of what I would describe as 'gunk' around the three lenses - obviously the previous owner had used a special protective case for the lenses which is great - but please Frank, check the phone carefully and clean it thoroughly before sending it out to a valued customer! Especially when that customer has paid over $1800 for a phone in 'pristine' condition!

The phone was wrapped in a polyester cleaning cloth, which was really strange. Other reviewers have said their phones were wrapped in an "eco friendly tea towel."
Frank must have run out of tea towels the day mine was packaged....

The parcel was supposed to be signed for - as expected for an item of significant value. Unfortunately mine was left in the mailbox up on the street. Fortunately I found it before someone else did!

I bought an iPhone 13 in mint condition. Easy buying experience, quick delivery and arrived wonderfully packaged. The phone itself was in near-perfect condition and the battery life is super long. I'd definitely purchase from them again.

I decided I needed to upgrade from my Iphone XR after it could no longer make it through the day without dying! After looking at my options I decided to go with the Iphone 14 Pro from Frank Mobile because they had a great EOFY sale on that was hard to argue with. I ordered it on the 26th and I was super shocked when it was delivered by Auspost 2 days later on the 28th! I wasn't expecting it to arrive so fast. In fact it sat in my room for over a week whilst I waited for the case to arrive haha.
It came wrapped in just a microfibre cloth tied with twine and a charging cable and was placed in a box with some packing peanuts. It was nice to not see any plastic but I wasn't sure whether it would still be protected. Thankfully everything was in 'mint' condition, just like I had ordered.
The battery health is at 98% and the phone is just like new. I couldn't be happier. A super easy experience, I would definitely recommend.

Although it was OzMobile who fulfilled my order instead of the expected FrankMobile, I have no complaints regarding the device itself. The premium materials and sleek design exude sophistication and durability. The inclusion of a Ceramic Shield front cover adds an extra layer of protection against accidental drops and scratches. The water and dust resistance further add to the device's resilience.

Phone arrived as stated. Near new condition and works perfectly. A little disappointed the battery only has 93% charge capacity but it is, as stated it would be, over 83% capacity

Great service from Frank Mobile when I called them. They went out of the way to get a phone to me quickly for an overseas trip. It arrived in 2 days and ‘mint’ condition was like brand new. Would definitely buy from Frank mobile again!
