Impressed and recommend
The attendees commented that the lunch was delicious and offered a great variety of gluten free options, which I struggled to find with other well known catering brands. It was a bonus that the lunch came beautifully packaged. I was also impressed by the punctuality of the delivery and ease of ordering. Highly recommend for work/office lunches. It felt great to support a local, independent business and I will be ordering again.

Amazing tea party on a very short time line
My delivery for a hastily arranged tea party came precisely on time . I had only booked the day before so I was amazed at the service . The food was excellently presented and the cream tea was phenomenal. I would use Franks again.

Fast delivery, dry sandwiches
General feedback from the team was that the bread of the sandwiches were dry, as though they had been sat around opened for a significant time already. The delivery was prompt which we appreciated and the variety was positive, but the freshness wasn't there. Vegetarian/Vegan weren't clearly labelled and there was some concern that vegetarian items were in the vegan box and that there was some mix up between boxes. Unlikely to order again

We would like to reassure you that all of our food is freshly prepared on the morning of delivery and nothing is made in advance or left sitting overnight. With sliced bread sandwiches in particular, they can unfortunately begin to dry slightly depending on how long they are left laid out before being eaten, especially in warm office environments.
We’re also sorry to hear there was confusion around the dietary boxes. We do clearly label every platter and box with the contents, dietary category, and allergen information, with labels placed on the front of each box to help avoid any mix-ups between vegetarian, vegan, and standard items. That said, we appreciate your comments and will review this internally with our packing team to ensure everything is as clear as possible.
We’re pleased the delivery timing and variety were appreciated, but we’re disappointed the overall experience has left you feeling unlikely to order again. We do genuinely value the feedback as it helps us improve, and we hope we may have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us in the future.
