No quibble refund after change of heart
Received the kit promptly and sent the impressions back as advised. Great help and guidance over email throughout the process and received a call of a helpful adviser who agreed to refund me the £50 fee when I explained I'd changed my mind.
I would recommend Franksmile and would consider using them if my priorities change.

Great concept and smooth process
I admit I was skeptical at first and thought this might just be another rip-off (especially considering that you would normally go to an orthodontist, not an online company). But I gave them a shot, called them and turns out they are actually really caring and professional! Great concept, fast and smooth process, professional instructions and great customer service. Will definitely go ahead and recommend.

Great Customer Service
Great Customer Service. Although I chose not to go ahead with the final retainer (my teeth aren't that bad I decided), the customer service and the moulding kit were really goo. I had a phone call the morning after ordering it and when the box arrived it was beautifully packaged with clear instructions, and very easy to use.

I was really worried about sending the money off for the impression kit but couldn’t have been more wrong with the quality and speed of the kit when it arrived. The impressions were easy to do and the info pack and assistance video made sure I was on track. The personalised service I’ve had from the dedicated customer service team has also been second to none, I’m excited to get the orthodontic evaluation and start the retainers - so far so good!

3 months in and couldn’t recommend more!
I have covered my smile for years and have never been able to find a convenient solution that actually works. I’ve been using the treatment for the last 3 months and the invisible aligners are really working already. The customer service team are great and helped me throughout the whole process. Can only recommend!
