The customer service team was great and took the time to help me with my questions. They were understanding and kind, not just an automated system. Great service and great product!

Terrible turnaround time. Couldn’t even present dental impression results after 2 months of having them. Claiming to be at 40% progress after one week, next 7 weeks didn’t pass 60%. Unacceptable.

Customer service was good and polite, i didn’t believe him but will never know the truth to confirm this but nonetheless was courteous. Would give one star if it wasn’t for this polite response.

Brilliant service - i ordered the package and it arrived within 2 days. The presentation and layout of the kit is classy and extremely clear, and the quality of the items within is plain to see.
I had reservations about ordering online, and especially as you don't meet anyone in person - however within a day of my pack arriving, i had email correspondence with a consultant who was very helpful and answered all the questions i had and he put my mind at ease.
Great value and would recommend to anyone.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I cannot stress enough don’t waste your precious pennies. I can only assume the other reviews on here have been set up by Franksmile. Obviously we wouldn’t be using a cheap, unheard of company if we had money to spare and these guys are unfortunately scam artist. It all seems very legit to begin with. You get your impression kit which looks quite impressive. They give you a personal teeth guru to email and ask questions whenever you like; and mine was very obliging and helpful, for a while. He gave me lots of reassurance and positive affirmations, really lured me into a false sense of security. Then....The issues came when I sent off my impressions. They say they will get back to you with a quote for your work in 7-10 working days. I’m quite patient I waited around 3 weeks and then emailed. I got a response that was really quite rude, telling me it had been Easter weekend so what did I expect. I’ve now been waiting for about 8 weeks and they dont even respond to my emails any more. Although I did get an email from “**** at Franksmile” with an offer to enter their competition for free treatment. I followed the link out of curiosity, honestly the questions were so grossly inappropriate. Things like what is your annual wage?!! I haven’t heard anything since that. So they are £50 up, I’m £50 down and still have horrid teeth. I don’t want anyone else to make my unsavy mistake and lose out so please look elsewhere! ✌️Meg.

Amazing they let me keep the impressions kit as a good will gesture as I was planning on returning the kit until my finances had improved. Really easy to contact and converse with. Would definitely recommend!

After several visits all over the county for fixed braces, I found this company randomly on facebook and was impressed with their professionalism from the start.

I completed the moulds and was sent an email to approve, i then went online and completed the transaction. Yes, i will admit, i was reluctant at first, as there wasn't much information about the company, so the wait was nail -biting...will i get them, won't?? Obviously, I chased this after about 2 weeks of waiting and then received my consignment number phew!!

My aligners arrived in a presentation box and i was impressed. I am about 6 weeks into my treatment now and if I need to contact the team they always reply promptly and are very helpful.
