Item was stolen despite royal mail clearly not following delivery instructions. Refusing to do anything despite having a broken foot. Their position is I am to search high and low whilst on crutches or raise with police. Zero humanity shown, disgusting small business DO NOT give them your custom.

Updated: Reached out and they did nothing. Just suggested I go elsewhere to replace and spend more money. Despicable.

I first bought the wax melts as a pick and mix at a local nursery and they smelt wonderful, so much so I then signed up for the subscription boxes a few months ago and have never been disappointed, thanks.

I purchased a room diffuser from Freckleface having "bought in" to the story of the brand but the scent was so weak that I could not smell it unless I held the diffuser directly under my nose! The diffuser was in my home office which is a small space of about 12m square.
My wife and 2 daughters all agreed that the diffuser was not giving off anything like a reasonable scent,
I contacted Freckleface who did absolutely nothing but disparage my sense of smell and that nobody else had ever complained before. This is not the way to deal with a genuine complaint - I hold a Phd in marketing so I know how to build and damage a brand - Frackleface please note!!!!

Absolutely beautiful glass wax melt holder in amber which I bought with some RHS spiced melts. Lovely packaging and great delivery time.

I'm really disappointed with the lavender wax melts as it doesn't smell of lavender at all.

I received some bath bombs as a gift and emailed to ask if I popped into a store could I exchange them as I don't have a bath so will not use them. The reply was we DONT even exchange and that I should re-gift or donate.
Not great service so be warned if purchasing gifts

On a day out in York recently I was instantly drawn towards the unique name and storefront of this enchanting shop…I had to step inside!
The most beautiful aromas surrounded me! I’m a wax melt lover and excitedly purchased the pick and mix wax melts they offer (10 for £12.50). A very impressive and hard to pick choice!
Travelling home on the train, I inhaled the scent of each one, eager to burn them…I was not disappointed!! Such beautiful, natural, sophisticated little melts of magic! One even evoked a time from my childhood!
Their scent throw on each burn is very impressive, well worth their price!
I’m so happy they have an online store (hooray!) i’ve ordered more and will continue to do so in the future!

I purchased a defuser (Peony and Vanilla) for my downstairs toilet and unfortunately it doesn't even smell at all, it's a small room so you would think it would at least make the room smell for £25 I feel I have wasted my money. Very disappointed

I was bought some wax melts for Christmas but sadly I had an instant reaction to them with my eyes burning and becoming bloodshot. I don’t normally react in this way to scented candles etc so it was quite surprising.

Are the essential oils used in these natural?

went in store on my visit to York...it was amazing friendly staff nice to smell different melts amazing boxes for gifts ..lots of choice..the only regret is I didn't buy enough .I use my wax melt and omg it was amazing never will I buy anything else ..I'm not visiting York for a while but I know I can purchase on line ..

I bought two strips of your soya wax melts when I was in England in October of this year. When I got home and started using them I absolutely fell in love with the products. Had I known how good they were I would have purchased more, they are perfect. I am using the winter collection right now and they are heavenly. Please can you tell me if they are available in Canada, I would love to buy more for myself and my friends. Wonderful product!

Visited whilst in York. The store smelt gorgeous and with the nicest assistant (a true asset) to advise us. We left delighted with our purchases. We will most certainly return.

I love their wax melts and diffusers however I purchased quite a lot of melts online a year ago and the 11 melts that I had leftover from then were all off and smelt of nothing. I had several left over from Stamford store which still smelt amazing so it makes me think that you are getting old stock if purchasing online. Stamford store is fantastic I just won’t purchase online again.

Best wax melt I've ever had, lasts longer, you can re-melt it few times. Smells amazing. Also they have affordable gift sets! Highly recommend
