Amazing wax melts, smell amazing and look lovely too. I recently ordered some online and they came really quickly with a lovely hand written note. Definitely recommend - make great gifts too!

Visited the York shop today with my husband and two girls who are both young. The girls were able to explore all the waax melts and encouraged by the lovely lady who served us, as my daughter's both love candles and wax melts, we chose the pix and mix wax melt box and are overjoyed with them now we are home. Our house smells amazing and the girls want to go back to choose some more.

Fantastic i never use anything else for few years now however received my order yesterday i hate the packaging came in square box totaly flattened causing the melts to crumble i prefer the tube thats why this time give it 4 stars will not stop me from getting them im addicted

Bought these on a trip out to a garden centre. These melts are truly beautiful… thoughtfully made, deeply fragranced, pretty pieces of heaven!

The only wax melts I will have at home. (The coffee Is our favorite!!)
They smell divine, my whole famliy enjoy using them.
It is also lovely to see a website so professionally set out and that includes its team on the page.

I was in York and walked past the store where the pomegranate black was being defused, couldn't resist buying some. Having used it in work a colleague has also just purchased the same.

This company is an example of poor customer service. I subsribed to the monthly wax melts club and all was running smoothly and I loved the wax melts, until I did not receive my wax melts one month. I contacted customer services and was just treated like a nuisance, because 'The postal service is busy in your area.' The wax melts never turned up. Very disappointing.

My son and his lovely girlfriend bought me some of your pick and mix wax melts, smelling each one before they chose them for me.
I can honestly say that each one they chose for me smells amazing.
I love them that much that I’ve looked up Freckleface to see if I can buy more when I need to.

I absolutely love the wax melts from Freckleface. I first discovered them on holiday in Cowes, Isle of Wight last year, buying a sleeve of 10 handpicked (by me) gorgeous different individual melts... I love the mix & match idea. I (of course) now have my favourites, clean laundry, floral oud & mediterranean fig... but they are all lovely. Next up, I'm going to try the garden candles for summer evenings.

The melts are not good value for money. The smell is very synthetic.
