Delighted with recent purchase for friend. Back to get my own supply of wax melts.

In this day and age how can a work force work on a zero hour contract ??? Because it benefits the employer..my partner has worked for Freckleface for several months under these terms with no fixed days so rotas change to suit the needs of the business, after working past her contracted hours on a Sunday to change a shop display to promote a new variation of the company's products, she was sadly told today "sorry your not required anymore", over the phone not in person which I find cowardly and disrespectful....FRECKLEFACE take a closer look at your management in Leeds and York, mentioning no names who benefits of local businesses in the Queens Aracade by the way of means of free pizza and Tia Marie coffess whilst on shift....shame on you FRECKLEFACE 😉

Oh WOW!! The pick n mix wax melts!! They smell amazing… AND the fragrance lasts for ages!! Love the added topping of herbs and petals!!! Bought for all my friends who love them!!

Would have given 5* as the patchouli candle I bought yesterday at the Chelsea Flower show smells beautiful and fills the house despite only being a small candle. The only complaint would be that the wick burns very low and had to pour out some of the wax and still low and there is a slight smoke with it too. Otherwise it is a lovely product, great price too! Would love if you'd do bigger ones, maybe with 2 or 3 wicks for larger rooms. Thank you

Freckleface wax melts are the best ! They smell brilliant and their wonderful odour feels the house. Also, they seem to last much longer than the 20 hours advertised. Highly recommended.

Popped into the shop in Leeds after visiting our daughter at University for the first time. It's off the beaten track of the main High Street but well worth a visit. The gorgeous smells wafting from the stylish shop drew me in!
Bought 3 gift sets which were a bargain at £20 each, which included: ceramic burner, pick and mix set of wax melts (which was fun to choose for each individual gift/person I was buying for) and 2 tea lights all packaged elegantly in a black gift bag.
After coming home I craved some for myself so placed an online order. A birthday present for my Mum and some wax melts for myself.
I love the fact this is a special individual company, run by a special family. Customer service was perfect on my visit to Leeds.
Sorry 'Yankee' but there will be no turning back, it's Freckleface all the way for me now!

My sister bought these for me as a gift and I’m in love! Absolutely beautiful wax melts that smell incredible. The items were well packaged and no plastic used which is always a bonus. Freckleface has got a new customer as I will be buying more as soon as I finish these!

Just wanted to take a few minutes to say how happy I am about discovering FHF- definitely recommend them to anyone considering purchasing. My friend got me a waxmelts starter kit for my Birthday which is amazing value for money, has everything you need to start and is super aesthetically pleasing.
I have since purchased another one of them as a gift and will be purchasing another shortly as well. I have also finished all of my waxmelts and purchased more "pick & mix" to burn around the house. They are very elegant, natural and very reasonably priced. Can't wait to try other products soon too.
