when purchasing, I was assured that the delivery would be within two to three business days. However, after the first week there was no information and there was no delivery. Only when I tried to place an order and report it by phone, after another week I received the parcel.

i bought the sumup card reader for over a week, but did not get the product! i tried to call the CS, but she just ask me to wait! and since i need it very urgent for my weekend market, i have to buy another one from another shop! waste my money and time!

Machine arrived not working
Machine arrived not working, unable to connect bluetooth. When contacted their customer services dept was told I had to go to Sum Up as it wasn't their problem. Have now been referred to their terms and conditions, but obviously this item is not fit for purpose according to the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Absolute rubbish of a service
Absolute rubbish of a service, ordered a sumup and waiting for delivery but then checked and order was cancelled for no reason, no email, no phone call . Rang up and they said a team will get in contact, no contact, rang again few days later and same thing happened , no one got in contact. What a rubbish of service. Never use this company.

My card reader was delayed in the post. Your staff answered my emails quickly and confirmed the posting date. A week later, Royal Mail delivered the reader.

Ordered a machine on 14 September, they said 2-3 days delivery. Phoned after a week, assured it would arrive last week. Tried to call - left in a queue. Have emailed - no reply yet.
Have checked on Companies House - one individual owns it, but has 8 other very small enterprises!!!
