DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY

I placed an order 2 weeks ago still no sign of my order they will not reply to my emails and the customer number I just rings out

Terrible my Oder never arrived still waiting!!!!!!!

The sum up card readers I bought from here were the cheapest on the Internet, and too good to be true I thought until I purchased them and they arrived a few days later! Superb! I’m very pleased with the product and service. Card readers work perfectly fine.

Impossible company to get hold of. Quoted 2 - 3 days working days for delivery after 5 working days and no contact from company tried for days to get a hold of someone to tell me where my card machine was.

The item I ordered did not arrive! The company confirmed it had been lost in the delivery system. A replacement was issued immediately. Altogether a very good service.

Don't order from these, after 2 weeks of waiting for my order they cancelled it with no explanation why and a week later I'm still waiting for a refund. Joke of a business

Easy to use and detailed information to hand immediately

after 18 mths of having my first machine it started to male function so no longer working may 2nd I then googled for a replacement reader . I paid on may 4th for new air reader , by 11th still not delivered and thats with royal mail 1st class delivery , i am losing customers by then due to no other way of taking card payementS . I was actually worried i had been scammed so i then had to hunt out a number to ring in desperation , the number given out is a recorded message that goes round the houses , it gives you 2 companies which give you more recorded waffle and options. The company that sounded a little like the one i had bought from SO i pressed to make contact at 9 .20 in the morning a sales team number , after 35 mins of absolute tosh as in a recording " our team are trying their very best to help you " like hell they are . I put phone down and retried with the option of the other named company which was a pay something name , NOTHING LIKE THE WEBSITE COMPANY NAME I HAD PURCHASED FROM, low and behold within a few mins i had a real live person , a young lady in manchester with a terrible phone line ,any how she eventually found my order and told me it wasnt even sent out till the Wednesday the 10th , i cant knock her because she was really trying to resolve the situation
i got home the eve of the 13 th and it was finally delivered to my address but the costs to my business due to dead slow or 0 activity in distribution from sellers, which cost me and lost me clients . maybe if you want to order a spare machine its okay but dont bother if your other has broken , the waits far far to long , at worst it should have been in my hand by the 9th

Taking too long to delivered plus I emailed twice but they didn’t reply

Product has not arrived and I have not received any answer from the customer services team.

I paid for the item you never sent it. I have sent you four emails and had no reply. I even phoned and the lady said I would need to send email. Again no reply. Now I've got to go through PayPal and ask for my money back because this company does not respond.

I think your customer service is not very good at all, also you need to look at your website and maybe change your delivery information “from telling customers that their delivery will take 2-3 working days!!!
Where in fact it takes 7 days…
