Cancelled my order after 2 weeks saying…
Cancelled my order after 2 weeks saying 'we dont sell in bulk' (I only ordered 10 units 🤦♂️) then when I questioned whether I could make 10 individual orders, they didn't bother responding. Will stick with toolstation next time as they are about the same price anyway.

Ordered 12 days ago with a 2-3 business day postage. There has been postal strikes which I understand. However I have had no postage updates that the item has been sent and when I email I am continually told I will need to wait without any ETA. Really could have done with the machine this past week however due to lack of communication would never use this company to order again. I just hope I actually receive the product at least

I had to chase the delivery, I was told that it had been posted but must have been caught up in the postal strike. The postage date on my parcel was the 14th Nov the Delivery date was the 15th Nov my order date was the 4th November.

The product arrived with the void security seals already broken and fingerprints prints on the screen and buttons.
Contacted the website via their e.ail address ( there is no other way to contact them) been 8 days with no responses far.
