Very poor customer experience
Very poor. Having made the order and waited 8 days I emailed for an update to be told that my order delivery could not be completed. When I asked why, I was told that there was no reason given and that they would refund me. Clearly. they didn't want my business so I have bought a reader from Amazon (although more expensive). Incredibly poor service.
