We have booked many times with Freedom Destinations for our far flung trips and they have delivery a great trip every time.

Excellent service, they listen to what you want and will change or add items until you have the road trip that you want.

Easy to contact and to discuss potential destinations

The consultant was very helpful, the only drawback was that when she went to reserve our requested flights, the cost had gone up for the departure time we had asked for, rather than call us to inform us of the situation and discuss choices, she held a flight with a different departure time and then emailed us to let us know. A phone call would have been a more appropriate so that we could have discussed the issue.

After enquiring about a holiday to Canada, Caroline got back to me promptly and took a note of the things myself and family wanted to do. Caroline was amazing and went away and put a whole holiday together for us within a few hours and added some extra’s onto what we had already suggested.
After a few little amendments and in constant contact, there was nothing too much hassle, we managed to get our holiday of a life-time booked to Canada & The Rockies. The customer service we have received from the start has been nothing short of outstanding and can’t thank Caroline enough for all her efforts.

We booked with Freedom Destinations a self drive tour of New Zealand which was amazing. We then visited family in Australia. The middle east conflict affected our planned route home. Freedom destinations, contacted us re-organised a new route home with the original airline, no stress or worries for us. Excellent service from booking to arriving home. Would definately use again

Having booked to go to Bali via Dubai only to find on arrival (on a Sunday) at the airport the flight was cancelled Freedom Destinations could not have been more helpful.
Someone contacted us by 9am asking if everything was OK and having said our flight was cancelled they kept in contact with us throughout the day trying to find other flights
Next day we received a full refund cannot fault the service and speed of response

Advice and service was excellent, good and prompt feed back on all issues raised.

I was so glad we used Freedom Destinations. I usually organise my own holidays, but using FD for our Canada trip was a great decision. They put together an itinerary using their first hand knowledge of the area, and accessed better prices for accommodation and car hire than we could have done ourselves. It was much more relaxing to leave it someone else - in this case Charlie and he was very patient when we made changes about where we wanted to go and came up with a great alternative. Even though it's easier than ever to book travel yourself Freedom Asia makes the whole process so much easier...and not for any more than if we had booked direct.
We had some ideas of a couple of different itineries which they took away and came up with some different options. After a couple of conversations (including been given information from the rep as they had just returned from one of the places we wnated visit), we pinned down exactly what we wanted and everything was sorted. No hassle and nobody pushing us to accommodation or places we weren't bothered about and all to our specified budget (actually they came in under budget and we had to encourage them to find some upgrades).
We had an amazing holiday and will be definitely using them again
