No help on refunds…
Bought a bag as a gift for someone but ended up not being exactly what was wanted. The bag is fine but not big enough. Since that specific bag was always out of stock I bought it long before the birthday. Now that it's past the 14 day return policy. They can't refund me. So now I'm sitting with a R3000 bag that can't be used and still brand new.
