Alex recently helped us buy and install a fantastic 2nd hand hot tub. Given the nature of our house the whole process was quite complicated and involved the use of a crane to lift the hot tub in the garden. Alex expertly managed the entire process for us from reserving the hot tub and delivering it, to organising and liasing with the crane company in advance and on the day.

Given the complexities of the process we were somewhat apprehensive but having someone like Alex on hand with all his knowledge and expertise to effectively manage the entire process step by step is a game changer, and it's fair to say we wouldn't have gone ahead with everything without his assistance.

Alex also freshened up the hot tub for us so it now looks as good as new! He's clearly very passionate about hot tubs and his work so gave us lots of practical advice around the chemicals to use and maintenance as well, as he seems to really want his clients to get fully enjoyment out of their hot tubs and doesn't consider his work done once the installation was complete.

He was always very patient answering our questions and taking time to explain things to us, and he does his work with a smile on his face which makes the whole process much more pleasant!

After my swimSpa stopped working, I contacted various potential companies to repair it. Alex responded and attended quickly. He was able to identify the problem and sourced and fitted the replacement pump within a week. Good communication throughout, including clear indication of costs. He will certainly be my first contact for any future work.

I found Alex online, we had a brief chat and fixed a date for him to come and take a look at the hot tub. He turned up on time and worked through the tub - he gave me different options to get the tub sorted. I decided on the best plan for me and Alex came back to carry out the repairs and now I have a tub that should give me another 10 years.

Alex did an amazing job. Not only he did a complete service of my hot tub, he also went through and taught me how to look after it from now on, which chemicals to use, how to keep it safe. He was incredibly helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend it!
