Good service, fair price, and the best support I got over the phone in Germany! The person who took care of my new contract excelled! It's not every day that we can get help in English and with sympathy!
Service is good, during contract extension I got good amount of discount. Internet prices is little bit high, I am overall happy with this.

Disgusting customer service. Will every calls they (not try) add a new stupid feature to your contract which cost money, repetitively when I tell them I am not interested. This is more of a spamming company than mobile service provider! Never again!!!

I end up with 2 year contract, from which there is no way of getting out!
They have 2 customer service numbers: 1 for the customers with day to day problems. Very polite.
2nd one if for customers who want to quit a contract. They as so rude, speak bad German, and even they swore at me saying "Scheiße!".
The worst of all!!!

Freenet ( former mobile debitel come) the termination is so difficult and the personnel get unfriendly. I am no longer living in Germany for more than six month. Until now I cannot explain that I am no longer living in Germany, no longer using their internet or SIM card. I have already sent all possible documents that prove that I am not living in Germany. Somehow I am still receiving emails saying that I have open account. When I was singing the agreement with Freenet I was clearly insured that I can terminate without any problem. It‘s been now more than six month I cannot terminate the agreement. I trusted Freenet but I see that my trust is now abused and I am fully fooled and I feel now really attacked and harassed by freenet.
I strongly suggest not to use Freenet as a provider or if you decide to use it anyway please do not sign any agreement with Freenet.

The service was in General good, Anyhow the termination process was very bad.
After selection the contract termination from my online account, they asked me to contact freenet by phone to confirm the termination.
When I called the Freenet the person on the line was so rude, he even didn't accept to terminate the contract even when the contact minimum time was passed.
He tried to cheat me by saying that my contract is for 7 years and that I don't have the right to terminate it!!!
After long argument, I informed him that I will call my lawyer and I ended the call.
After that only, I got the confirmation in my online account that the termination is confirmed.
Trying to cheat the customers to renew their contact is so bad.
Can't trust Freenet again and will not deal with them again.

A true rip-off. I used mobile data in Switzerland for five minutes (if that), and it cost me 100€. This was not the case a mere six months ago. Same thing happened to me in Tel Aviv. I apparently turned on my mobile data by accident—for two minutes!!! 100€ down the drain. Up until 2019, I could use my mobile data in Israel and it cost next to nothing. What a screw job. What makes matters worse—we‘re making that douchebag Dieter Bohlen richer than he already is!!! Germany‘s Elon Musk!!!

Hi all,
They sent the card on the wrong name and surname. They have written the Name and surname in the Name field of DHL package and in the Surname they put adress. The the DHL delivery man didn't want to deliver but return back and now I lose valid time.
Furthermore there is no email contact to explain your problem.
The only way to cancel the contract is via phone call and they can ignore it but you will not have an email where you have the proof that you have had cancel the contract...

Very satisfied with delivery and contract sigining.
Ordered a second eSIM, wanted to unlock it, the code they sent was obviously not correct. When calling them again for support, I was booted off the system after speaking to an agent. Not good enough, customer service not taken seriously!
RUDE & USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE I tried to register with my passport (non-EU) and it didn't work. After contacting their WhatsApp service, the person was extremely rude and simply said it's not supported and then without waiting redirected me back to the stupid bot. If you don't care about new customers, I cannot even imagine how would you treat old ones. Happy to stay away from this service.
