Received cold call, despite being on the TPS. Requested my full postcode, gave partial post code, which is sufficient to estimate costs base on regional supplier options and temperature adjusted changes to costs.

Guy turned nasty and rude then hung up. Careful as looks like they are as interested in boosting their contacts database.

They won't stop calling me even though i did not request a callback.
Update - after they tried to get my review removed saying that they don't call people, they called me again. And i am on tps.

Update - i have received a lot of junk emails stating that they used my email address provided by free price compare. Be aware that they will sell on your email address

Used website once explained that’s ive sorted what i wanted. Day 1 ring me up and I told them sorted.Day 1 ring me up told them sorted. Day 2 ring me up told them I’m sorted.Day 3 ring me up I Ander put phone down on me.Day 4 ring me up i told them to remove me from system. Day 4 ring me up and I told them I’m sorted. I too used free price compare to switch energy supplier over a year ago with the topcashback offer of £33 cashback which was a great incentive to switch using them. On my topcashback account the £33 cashback was confirmed several months ago but was never processed to payable. I contacted topcashback several times who have said it is a 3rd party who chase it up but they have had no success. I contacted free price compare online and received a personal call back the same day. They traced the order and confirmed that topcashback had already received the payment so they send topcashback a messaged to ensure that the payment is transferred into my account right away. I had offered topcashback that I contact free price compare myself but they said it would make no difference - very wrong - contacting free price compare has actually resolved the problem - there was me thinking free price compare were the barrier but it seems that topcashback were the problem.

I used free price compare to switch energy supplier over a year ago. It was an offer on topcashback that enticed me to switch, with a cashback of £33. It is confirmed yet I have still to receive the cashback after 1 year. I have contacted topcashback who have said it is a 3rd party who chase it up but have had no success. I thought I would contact free price compare myself and today I did get a call, confirming I would receive the payment within 28 days. If it is not available on topcashback to call free price compare again and it will be paid directly to me. It was a lovely representative I spoke to and I'm confident that I will be paid. I will update my review again when I receive payment

Got a better tariff from free price compare with the same energy company I was already with. That same company hadn't suggested the lower tariff which I now have. Thanks Free Price Compare!

i Have waited 11 months for cash back that was meant to happen within t months, which is still a very lengthy time when other compare sites payout a lot quicker. However I called Free price compare yesterday and they have contacted TopCashBack and asked them to send the payment to me. Been advised this should now be with me within 30 days. If not I have a direct email address for FPC marketing who will sort it for me. I will change to 5 star once the money’s been received.

Since a burst of activity 3 weeks ago there has been silence and no response to my request to correct errors on my transfer application.

Phones ring out unanswered and emails not replied.
Just hope my transfer goes through...…..
