What I needed
The wrap is very elastic and lightweigth: it’s the best when you need to be quick. It fits in a small bag, it’s the best to carry your baby at home.

Good quality, stylish products
Bought the changing backpack & sling wrap as a gift. They came beautifully packaged, are so well made, thoughtfully designed & super stylish- they were extremely well received. Definitely recommend the products & will buy again.

Disapointed
It has arrived fast, and the pattern is nice, but the quality is very low. It’s a very thin textile. For such a big price I expect better quality. I’m disappointed.

Hey Julia,
Sorry to hear you weren't a fan of our fabric! It's actually 100% Tencel which is a deliberately lightweight and breathable fabric and is much more expensive to produce than other lower quality fabrics. We didn't want to make slings that were too thick and caused baby to overheat. It's also an exceptionally sustainable fabric which is something super important to us.

Delighted with purchase and delivery
This is a purchase for my SIL and hasn't been received yet for their baby which is yet to be born, so I cannot comment on the baby wrap but I was delighted at the price and the delivery, which was sent direct to their house. The purchase was easy. My daughter loves the colour and the fact that both of them will be able to use it as she is a size 6 5 foot and and her husband is 6 foot 3.

No transparant information about costs of return
I entered a return, as one of the ordered slings did not meet my expectations. I was happy to read in freeriders return policy, that I could easily return items and saw the "return fee - free"-information during the return process.
Now I received the instructions to return the item from Germany to Great Britain ON MY OWN COSTS without a free return label. This information is not mentioned on the "Returns & Exchanges"-site. Total lack of transparency! :(

Freerider sling
Bought a freerider baby sling as part of the Black Friday deals. The website experience was smooth and the delivery was quick. The sling is made of soft, lightweight and yet strong fabric, which is great as some slings are made of heavier uncomfortable fabric. When worn my baby feels secure and well supported.
