Great product

I was a little disappointed when my sling arrived. I paid £10 extra for one of the patterned ones and it's only patterned on one side. Had I known this I probably would have just bought a plain one.
I found the sling quite tricky to use so decided to send it back however was disappointed to find that postage was very expensive. The company prefer returns to be sent tracked so had to pay almost £10 to send it back.
It's put me off ordering anything from there again.

Love the original Freerider baby carriers! They had lovely advertising and showed easy ‘how to’ videos.
However, I recently went on the website to order for a friend and saw the company has gone super woke with heavily tattooed mothers with their crotches out….not unlike the teenage kids modelling on the ASOS website. These are baby products, it’s really put me off, won’t be purchasing this time.

I am really happy with my purchase. The scarf is beautiful and use it all the time with my 3 month old baby ( I regret not buying it earlier) . The delivery was quick and the team is very responsive. I definitely recommend it!

I can’t review this properly as it was a gift but the customer service and ordering process was perfect. I asked for the invoice to be removed and a little gift note included. Very prompt and friendly customer service.

Ordered size l maternity leggings which where way too tight tight so sent back for size XL leggings which were absolutely huge. It was obvious that the large were a smaller size incorrectly labeled. I asked if there was anything they can do because I had already paid to post back a pair but they said they could only offer another exchange if i paid to send them back again. Not very helpful when you pay postage on top of already expensive leggings to start with all in all will have cost me over £15 in postage on top of being expensive

Absolutely love my sling, worth every single penny! I have used my sling so many times not just in the house but it’s been a lifesaver for out and about, my little boy absolutely loves it and 99 percent of the time he will end up falling asleep in it, which means I can enjoy some hands free time while still having him close. He is now 3 months old and still loves it. The material is super soft and breathable which I have found to be the biggest tick ever as well as this it’s super easy to put on (once you’ve done it a few times it becomes second nature) I have seen so many benefits of baby wearing so this was a purchase I really did my research on before having my little boy. I also managed to snap up the limited edition safari print which is so nice and I have had so many compliments on.
Customer service from this company is also fabulous, I requested to have a replacement booklet sent to me as I misplaced the one that came with my order. My little chap is getting bigger and heavier and this booklet contains all the recommended ways to wear as your baby grows so that you and bubba are happy.
Would 100 percent recommend this sling to anyone looking!

The sling is really comfortable and easy to use, the material is soft. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

OK, there's no getting away from the fact that we initially felt like we'd been ripped off for what appeared to be an expensive length of fabric (many jokes were had about nipping to the market instead!)

HOWEVER - our 2 week old baby (she's been in it from birth at 8lb) loves her Freerider, it settles her completely and gives us our hands and freedom back which is probably worth every penny we paid for it!

Down side is that it's quite hard to adjust once on and getting her in is definitely easier than getting her out.

It can get a bit sweaty on (current temp is late teens) and you need to remember a hat if it's sunny and you're out and about...

I would say that if you're any larger than a UK16 it may be prohibitive to wear the standard size.

On the whole it works for us but thought I'd flag the pitfalls as it is an investment piece.

I was in two minds about buying a wrap from here due to the price point but as I’d heard such great things I took the plunge.
The fabric is lovely and buttery soft.
I had to somewhat ignore the advice about lining things up using the label as a guide as it left 1 huge piece of fabric dragging on the floor and a tiny piece that slipped through the knot.
I ordered the “hex” patterned sling, a little heads up; it’s only patterned on one side. This does make it look a bit cheap, which is a shame considering the patterned slings are £10 more than a block colour.
As much as I wanted to love this my daughter hasn’t taken to it, 3 months in and I still try her in it but she much prefers her standard carrier.
Just my personal opinions and experiences as I can see a lot of people seem pleased with the product.

Love the sling, bought it for a transatlantic flight with our 3 month old and it worked out so well.

Was really excited to try this product as I had seen so many positive reviews but unfortunately I have been left feeling really dissapointed.. the first 3 months of use were great, however once I had washed it (as per directions on tab) ever since the wrap has caused me nothing but frustration. Its loosened so much that after my 4 month old has been in it for 15 mins she is basically hanging out of it and has fallen half way down my body! I have tried taking her out re-tightening the “straps”, doesn’t work. I have tried different wrap positions, doesn’t work. I have tried the last 4 months to work with it but I am now having to spend an additional £149 on another baby carrier, which whilst necessary, very frustrating.

Great sling - comfy for baby and mama, super safe and practical.

I wouldnt normally write a review but on this occasion i felt it was very much deserved ............. customer services were fanstastic when i made a mistake on my order, which they sorted extremly quickly for me. Quality of goods were excellant, so will definetly be buying from them again :)

I came across Freerider Co. online when they were having an offer on the go. I have decided to purchase the postpartum leggings, which came with a free top. However, I didn’t process the offer at the checkout properly. I have contacted Freerider customer service on the off chance they could still process the offer from their end, not really expecting much. To my absolute astonishment, I have received a reply within minutes and the girls could not be more helpful. They have contacted the other department which deals with processing orders and they have added the offer to my purchase. Everything was sorted within 30 minutes! My order has arrived within a couple of days and I was so impressed with the quality of product that I have decided to place another order for another pair of postpartum leggings. It’s been a long time since I had such an excellent customer service, especially since I was the one who made a mistake! The products are excellent and I will most definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

Great use of products and customer service!
I use the sling everyday with my newborn. She sleeps well and I can carry on with my day. I recently had a small issue with the sling that Michelle solved in 2days. I am very happy with their products and will buy from them again.

Fantastic product and customer service when you need it most as a new mum! Cannot recommend these guys enough. And the sling - well it saved my life having a newborn and crazy toddler to entertain at the same time.

Not long enough to wrap? Me and my boyfriend have tried using the video on the website to tie the sling and he is very slim and it doesn’t go round him to tie at the front?
