The Freerider products are absolutely gorgeous, I’m so happy with my purchases!! I’d highly recommend. My baby loves the slings and I love the changing bag, it’s great and I can see myself using it as my regular bag even when baby is long out of nappies 🙂. The service from the Freerider team was exceptional, I was kept informed on my order throughout and they were really responsive to any emails/questions I sent.

I really wanted to love this brand and had recommended it to friends. However, since experiencing their customer service I absolutely cannot recommend them. Michelle is very quick to respond via email or here when it’s regarding a sale. However it’s a different case when they owe you money...

I returned my items at my own expense and fully intended to purchase another colour once in stock in April. They were received and signed for on the 17th Feb and I am still waiting for my £100 refund. I have chased a number of times and when I eventually get a response from Michelle I am simply told to “bear with” with no indication of when I will get my money back. This is not good enough. This is not customer service. Having a baby is stressful and expensive enough without companies like this making things more difficult.

Luckily I paid with PayPal and will be opening a claim with them. I’ll also be going to Amawrap for my baby carrier.

Bought the maternity bump leggings and was dissapointed. Bit baggy around the crotch (and understandably the bump I'm only 5 months) not as comfortable or soft as I hoped. Wouldn't buy again unfortunately. Had hoped for better for the high price! Would have sent them back but discovered this from wearing them for a day.

I can't review it yet as the baby hasn't arrived. The product looks good and the material is very soft.

At 3-5 weeks my daughter would cry and hate the sling. I kept trying again as I really wanted it to work and needed to be hands free sometimes and my little one wouldn’t settle well outside of my arms or my closeness. Then suddenly at 5 weeks my little one stayed in and fell asleep. Since then first 10-15 min is she’s not very sleepy she’ll have her head out and look around, I hold her head one arm and hoover w the other (cordless hoover) and she falls asleep usually while that and stays well asleep for about an hour when she wakes to feed and happily goes back after. I want to master feeding in the sling so if anyone has suggestions pls let me know. I’m very very happy with this sling, the quality and the freedom it gives me, true lifesaver!!! My daughter definitely cries less and sleeps better since I’ve been using it so even though my partner doesn’t use it he’s happy for the purchase. 😍🥰 thank you

Ordered a size small by mistake (normally a 10/12 so had thought I’d need medium) but they actually fit perfectly!
Super comfy and supportive, definitely not see through in any way.
I am a nurse and work 12hr shifts on my feet non stop. I have taken to wearing these under my uniform trousers to give me bump support a d help with leg swelling! It’s working well so far - currently 26 weeks pregnant.

I also bought the bra and am finding it very comfy!

Honestly one of my all time favourite purchases. I think I have literally everything from Freerider Co. and I’d buy their next product in a second.
Love the sling, best I’ve had, lightweight incredibly soft and the print is beautiful! Lasts in the wash, wears perfectly. The leggings are the best fit over a bump, super high quality, wear them all the time and the tops are the perfect combo. Recommend to all my friends!

Not majorly thrilled.
The patterned design is one sided so the reverse side which you can see as much as the front when it’s on, looks unattractive and a bit cheap.
The fabric has already stretched out too much so has lost elasticity in some areas which makes it saggy and not supportive.
It Definitely does the job for now for my newborn but doesn’t look great and I don’t feel it will last long, albeit am happy to be proved wrong!

Loved the color and the fabric but the size was way to small. Unfortunately the return terms are just for the uk and I had to pay €12 to ship it back to the ik from the Netherlands.

The comfiest sling ever! Super soft material. Me and my baby love it.

Perfect. Great communication throughout. My sister loved it and it works so well with my newborn nephew!

I love them so much great for working out in the second and third trimester I feel loads of support I would just wish they was a bit more tighter at the ankles and the bump but that's my personal preference

Only comment is that the wrist holes seemed really tight to get my hands through. Everything else is fabulous.

Way too small!

I was really looking forward to receiving the bump support leggings and I chose my usual size (M states 10-12 and I usually comfortably a 12) however they were way too small which I wish I had known so I could order the size up and not have to pay to to return (tracked delivery too!).
