4 months and still nothing ...

Ordered air fresheners in November, was told they would be sent in time for Christmas. It's now March and no sign of them. Customer Services responded at first, but now ignore me.
Disgusting service, will be pursuing through small claims court.

DO NOT USE.
I ordered on the 6th December, no sign of the air freshners. I have tried to contact them, u have asked for a refund.... silence. £30 wasted.

Not a good experience

I ordered a pack of 5 air fresheners for Christmas presents and although 4 were correct and the product themselves seems good one of the air fresheners was not of our dog, it was a random dog. I have emailed and messaged on the Chat option but have not had any response at all. I tend not to leave bad reviews but in this instance I'm afraid IP had to. It was a Christmas present I wasn't able to give.

Do not use this company!!!!!

Do not use this company!

Ordered on 1/1/26 said they were dispatched 6/1/26. It’s now 27/1/26 no parcel. Emailed twice for an update no response emailed Royal Mail to see if they have the parcel nothing.

Bad customer service, not worth the price

I ordered some personalised car air fresheners on 15/12/25. Confirmation email stated process time of 3-9 business days.
I emailed them on 09/01/26 asking where my order was as it had been 16 business days and received no reply so after a few more days I registered a dispute with my credit card as I assumed I had been scammed
I received a dispatch email from them on the 16/01/26 and they were delivered on the 22/01/26
I was happy with the product when it came
Wouldn’t order again as I don’t think they are worth the price, bit of a silly impulse buy on my part. And as I have demonstrated, terrible customer service

AVOID unless you want the wrong order and no refund or way of contacting

As others have said, if I could give this “company” zero stars I would. Wrong order received and absolutely NO way of contacting them to rectify, besides an AI bot noting they’d raise a ticket and prioritise a response. Notably, the AI chat bot is now also unavailable? Maybe it felt the brunt of all these negative orders/reviews and gave up.

Zero contact from anyone supposedly working there to date. I can only liken it to the excruciating experience of trying to contact Hermes/Evri. And that’s saying something.

This was after they took 19 days to deliver when their website specified 3-5 days.

In summary, don’t bother and keep your money in your pocket for a deserving product, I’ll be claiming money back through my credit card company so I’m not sure what their game is here, just time wasted for me.

As an aside, if you’re a blonde lady and ordered three air fresheners with photos of you and your partner, let me know because I have your order 😅

Eventually arrived

Ordered 13th of December, hadn’t heard anything after 3weeks so spoke with chat thingy, told them it had been much longer than they had estimated, got a message back saying order had been created and was being shipped ( it hadn’t been shipped , they did this a week later!)
It eventually arrived, I’m not sure I’d have it unless they had been prompted,
Good product, unless you’re in a rush …

Long wait and no communication

Ordered on the 15th December still havnt received parcel. Took 6 emails and 3 online chats to get someone to response (who only responded after I said I was going to get a refund if not delivered in 7 days). When I did get a response was quite blunt, rude and unhelpful. Ordered and paid for 2-3 days delivery only to be told after payment it’ll take 3-9 in design, then up to 3 days in production, THEN you get the 2-3 days delivery, which still isn’t accurate. Won’t be using again.

Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could! Got drawn in on Instagram to ordering one (for my partner) of her beloved cat as a fun gift…ordered under the “Christmas Gift” advert on their website on 9th Dec…heard nothing for weeks…chased up the week of Christmas by emailing support, no response!!! We are now on 8th Jan and still nothing…I had an email to say order had been dispatched on 4th Jan but Royal Mail tracking shows no record of the tracking and error message…so my order has seemingly still not even been sent! And yet again, no reply from customer support! Absolute shambles of a company that should not be allowed to trade. Boycott at all costs and I will be demanding a full refund!

Reported to HMRC

The company is fundamentally a scam.

Like everyone else, my order was never progressed though luckily I managed to get a refund.

However, there are other concerns. The company is breaking law by not displaying its correspondence address and full trading name ( even if not called Freshenify at Companies House) on its advertisements. The agent I spoke with claims it is not necessary - SHE IS WRONG.

Another issue: my sales confirmation stated my £40 order would normally cost £280. I cannot possibly see how any cheap cardboard air fresheners would EVER retail at £28 each.

For this reason, for the overt attempts to prevent business transparency and the agents refusal to respond to my requests for information I have today reported my concerns to Trading Standards, Companies House and most significantly, HMRC.

Freshenify can try and fleece the public - but they will soon discover there is no escape from the Inland Revenue

Avoid - Great product terrible customer service

Ordered in time for Christmas delivery in accordance with the times stated on the website. No delivery by 18 December so contacted the company to understand if product would arrive as promised, answer received was it was expected to arrive by Christmas. Followed up on this email and received no response. Order eventually delivered on 27 December with no response received from customer services.

Avoid!!

Like others have said, I wish I had checked reviews before ordering from this website. I ordered on 14th December hoping it would just arrive in time for Christmas. From I placed my order it has not moved past the ‘in design’ stage so I don’t have much hope it’ll arrive. I emailed and received an abrupt response confirming the website clearly states orders placed before 5th December would arrive in time for Christmas but it appears going by reviews here, this isn’t accurate either. I think I will begin the process of obtaining my money back via the bank. Avoid this website!!

Just a crap service

I wish I wasn't one of the 1 star reviewers, but I ordered on 20th November (it's currently 23rd December!!), and still don't have any items. After a couple of nudges over the last few weeks they're supposedly with Royal Mail, but the tracking code has been saying "check again tomorrow" for 4 days now. So... yeah. Crap service.
