Piece of scam. They charged me 103,99 euros via paypal and stopped their actvities in France. No refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A fully vegan meal delivery service with great tasting balanced meals. Finished the expensive, last minute, and often non-healthy Deliveroos and Uber Eats when we don't feel like cooking. I can see us using Vegan Food Club for many years to come!

We had some issues with the transportation in the beginning but the team was very helpful and really tried to sort it out. The experience itself turned good and I continued with their services. The food is really nice.

VFC is a very good alternative for food at work. It is delivered once a week with the meals of the week. It is very tasty, however, in terms of quantity, it is medium-small size, so for me it is an axis of improvement or you should give the chances to your costumers to choose the size of their meals

I’ve had so many problems since placing my first order. Firstly I sent an email to cancel an order due to me having to go abroad for a family emergency. VFC confirmed twice that it had been cancelled & yet it was still delivered meaning I had to request a colleague to collect it from the depot so that the food wouldn’t go to waste. VFC sent me a refund (as they should have) and promised me €10 off my next order. When I checked my account, only 10% off had been given, so I had to send another email. Then I got charged the full amount despite having skipped a week’s delivery and having €10 off, so again had to ask for a refund. Then I got charged again for no particular reason and got refunded again. Today I was supposed to finally receive my order but had nothing arrived and I received no notification. While their customer service are friendly & quick to reply, their website and system is just terrible. I’ve now cancelled my subscription and won’t be ordering again.

I'm satisfied with the service because the food is tasty, light, easy to heat and the delivery was without problems. It's a great way to save time because I don't need to prepare my lunches at work anymore. My only comment is that the portions could be a bit bigger.

Excellent and tasty food! Really glad I discovered it!

Not very good and expensive. It's missing coulours and freshness like vegetables and fruits. Pasta and gnocchi are overcooked. The boxes are too big, after all the shaking during delivery it looks like a grey porridge.

They are people of their word. I've been receiving my shipments since the launch in Spain. All in all, it saves time and money. The concept that there is no meat involved in a plus on top. I am grateful and satisfied.

The food is delicious. Everything went well with the delivery and once I needed to reach customer service, the experience was excellent, they are super polite and answered pretty fast

The food is super tasty. It is delivered in great packaging, and I absolutely love not having to prepare food each and every day, as it frees up so much time in my daily life. I would recommend Vegan Food club to everyone :)

The food is great, balanced, fresh and tastes delicious. Their service on social media is excellent and they respond to all concerns timely. I’ve been ordering their food for around two months now and it really makes my life easier.

I had two incidents in which the food arrived all mixed up, upside down and some of the boxes were open. It’s probably as issue with the transport, but maybe the packaging could be improved. Nonetheless I reached out to them on Instagram and they quickly proposed a reparation.

Well we must talk about the transport of the food, in my case it was ready (cooked?) wednesday and delivered to Portugal on friday.... Worst it was delivered on a non refrigerated truck, so Im getting food that was made 2 or more days ago that has been traveling arround without proper care, and also they managed to treat the package so bad that the food came all mixed together

The food is delicious, everything was perfect. Perfect to save some time.
