if I do the check out and I forgot to add one item, I cant add it as it wont allow it. I have to contact the company to add this one item to the existing order.

Good news, Fawaz. We've just introduced Order Merging, so if you place a new order with the missing item before your supplier has started processing the first order, the two can be merged and treated as one. Hope that helps!

You can read more about why we think that's important on our website. But if there are suppliers that you would like to see on the platform, please let us know and we'll reach out to them.

Using Fresho for a few years now
Using Fresho for a few years now. Easy to use and invoices/products made simple. Would recommend. The guys are super helpful if you ever need any issues solving or just general help with the navigation.

Flawless ordering system
We've been using the system for well over a year now. The ordering system is flawless. Our two main suppliers are on Fresho and it makes the kitchen's job so easy at the end of the night. Perfect favourites list, great listings and info, perfect paperwork re: order confirmation and invoicing. Payment can be made on the system too, so never an invoice missed again. Highly recommended. All suppliers should be using this.
