We are a seafood supplier who was one of Fresho's first New Zealand clients. Fresho has had a really positive impact on our business, we have moved from a manual system, and improved our accuracy and administration time. We have better control over back orders, forward orders, standing orders. Our customers can easily see what we have available for sale in the marketplace, and input their own orders. There have been some drawbacks to using a system that is not custom built for us, but the positives far outweigh any negatives. Overall we have been very happy with the system, and believe our sales have increased as a result of using Fresho.

My company has been using Fresho for a couple of months now, and it has done exactly what we were told it would be able to.

It has made it much easier for my customers to place online orders and streamlined the administration processes for us.

The transition has been a breeze thanks to the support of Fred and the team and I suspect we will be using Fresho for a long time to come!

The ease of set up, with a fanstastic support team at Fresho that not only assisted with implementing the system during the early stages, but also relayed well with our customers and assited them with changing over to ordering, has meant the implementation of the Fresho system within our workplace was seamless and efficent.

The platform works really well for our foodservice operation. Fresho support and Toby are always on hand for assistance when its needed.

The app is so easy to use, and you can place your orders with confidence, any time of the day or night

Great application, has saved us a ton of time and energy sorting through orders and constantly updating customers about new lines, pricing and inventory. Will be amazing once they introduce a dual integration with our inventory system Unleashed so I no longer need to manually manage the inventory.

Working with fresho since February and it's been a game changer as far as taking orders are concerned.

For years we spent hours every day and night taking orders from emails and answer machine and manually putting up endless invoice after invoice. Now we come in turn on the computer and all our invoices are done. Saving hours of time.

Little Fish Co is a fresh retail & foodservice supplier which began trading 4 years ago. Amongst all the challenges of opening a new business in a busy inner city market, managing Trade/Wholesale Orders started as a predominantly manual task. Transitioning to the Fresho platform took all the tedious admin away & quickly streamlined our process. The product loading & customer onboarding tasks was also easy with the Fresho Team doing all the heavy lifting. We can now focus on customer care and or simply have more spare time to do the things we love because life doesn't have to be just about work.

There's always room for improvement but working with J and Eva is just great because they really care about it and they constantly make changes based on our needs!

Clean, intuitive, and user-friendly - Fresho has completely changed the way we take orders for our business. Previously it was a very manual process and left room for human error, however, with Fresho all orders are received when and how we want them leaving us to focus on other areas of the business to improve.

The support team are always fast and efficient when there is an issue and the reporting feature is great too for our monthly meetings!

Fresho has revolutionised our business, from systems we had created which were time consuming and lengthy, Fresho was a fantastic solution enabling us to streamline and scale our fruit & veg wholesaling operation whilst keeping overheads and operational errors fairly low. Customer services extremely fast, friendly and personable for the whole time we have been using (18 months). Couldn't recommend more.

Having had fresho for just over a year now I can honestly say it has saved me so much time. We used to take all our orders by phone and it took me forever writing out orders! Now all I have to do is click print!!

Fresho has changed our business forever. As a family business transitioning to our second generation there have been some difficult cross overs between the old and the new but both generations are agreed that this have infinitely improved the operational efficiency of our business. Giving more options for our customers to order and has opened our customers eyes to a range of products they didn't know we had. We are saving time and money on staff wages and the automated payment system makes us consistently £40-60,000 better off with the money in our account faster. The staff at Fresho are very helpful and smoothed the transition to online for all our staff too. I would highly recommend Fresho to any food service business.

Fresho has revolutionised our business.
