Fresho has made a huge impact to the daily running of our business. It is user friendly and very simple to work with. The staff and management have been amazing and have taken all our suggestions and questions onboard in a very speedy and efficient manner. I would love to see the reporting side of it grow to encompass more but it is a great start. Love the delivery management and GPS tracking. Worth every penny!!

Great system for online ordering, and amazing customer service. A few tweaks, and the platform will be excellent. We needed a solution which would be easy for our customers to use, and worked seamlessly with our production system Throughout the whole onboarding process, the entire team was patient and helped us make the integration work. Particular thanks to Kealan who was on the phone endlessly (day and night - does this man sleep?!) and helped us with spreadsheets, exports and imports, and made sure that everything worked just as we needed it to.

We are a traditional Butchers / Catering Butchers based in Skegness Lincolnshire. Before Fresho, we used to take orders by phone, write them down on a pad and manually bill the customer. Then every month our accounts chap would come in and manually add all the invoices to sage so we could run statements. We have done this for over 60 years!!! So with the old addage of 'if its not broken dont fix it!!' Well that's a load of rubbish; since using Fresho we have never been so efficient and at the end of the night all the invoices get automatically uploaded to sage. SO..... 1. we now have a real time view of our accounts. 2. The invoices look really clear & professional and since all customer prices are on the computer we have NO Human errors. 3. We now have a butcher cutting meat up and earning us money as opposed to writing invoices up and taking orders off the phone. 4. We now only have the accounts people in once a month as its now all automated so that single saving alone pays for its fantastic value weekly fee. My one real regret in all of this is that we didn't do it earlier. Its honestly that good and all the staff love it... and No I don't work for Fresho!!!! Lol...

Signed up to Fresho recently and I can happily say it was the right decision. Fred made my life so much easier by being on hand anytime to answer questions and get me trained and upto speed with it. Saves me time and makes us more money. Win win 🥇

Great platform to manage fresh products with different variables. It’s been impressive for our customers and very easy to use.

Having had Fresho for just over 6 months now, it has become an invaluable tool and I can honestly say i am not sure how we managed without it.
There's not many cost effective off the shelf packages for a small business, but Fresho encompasses most of what we'd want from an app.
the added benefit of having 24hour support with the UK based team and then support team in Australia during the later hours of the day.

Implementing Fresho was an integral part of our transition to an online ordering platform and back office system for our order preparation that has seen us greatly reduce our admin time and costs taking orders from clients. This was a huge move for us to essentially digitise our ordering and processing system and processes and empowering our client base to be more in direct control of their own ordering process and live updates on order and stock status.

Alastair, Evie and the Fresho Team were all highly professional throughout this transition and made the whole set up simple, easy for us and with full support to all of our clients from the start, through to launch and beyond. Communication was fantastic and we always had responses in very good time to some of our queries or questions.

From start to finish this company and its staff were amazing.
We had several computer phobes in our business and they gave them the confident to use their app easily. They taught our office staff how to link Fresho with their accounting system and held our hand for a completely smooth transition from a paper based system to a full computer/app based system.

No issues so far with Fresho - everything works the way it's meant to, fast, instinctive!

We got set up with the guys at Fresho in June 2022 after a few weeks of back and forth considering if it was right for our business. The sales team were very patient, informative and gave us space to decide. I am so pleased we signed up! Our wholesale fruit and veg business has never run so smoothly. We look more professional to our customers (app ordering and smart printed invoices) and have far fewer errors due to poor handwriting and misheard voicemails. Our install team, Evie and Will were fantastic! They came and spent a few days getting us set up, making sure all staff were confident with the system. They even had time to help with face to face customer onboarding. Looking back I don't know how we managed before Fresho!
