Fri BikeShop in Birkerød
I had a great customer experience with Fri Bike shop in Birkerød. They have a fantastic customer service, personnel are extremely helpful and friendly. They very kindly helped with advice on how to assemble new bicycle for my child and checked that everything is functioning as it should. I would definitely recommend Fri Bikeshop Birkerød.

We have bought two bikes at the shop and received very good service both times. But the workshop is really what stands out. The two mechanics are super helpful and have happily helped with both small and larger bike issues. We are definitely continuing with service of our bikes at Fri Bikeshop Birkerød.

I know practically nothing about bikes
I know practically nothing about bikes. I got a perfect attention from your employee at your shop at Frederiksundsvej. She was extremely professional and kind, and showed a great deal of patience explaining me all details about the bike I bought and the loan from Nordea, and much more as I asked her to do it in Danish, a language I am definitively not fluent in. She would get a 10 out of 10

Excellent service..my bike runs like the wind
I have the Bike Smart service which included a bike and free maintenance service. The service technicians are always doing such a great job I was compelled to leave a very satisfied review. The two shops that took care of my bike were at Sct Nicolausgade in Aarhus and most recently in Peter Bangs Vej in Copenhagen. I could not be happier with the Bike Smart Product.
The service experience was also very positive, the personnel is always friendly, helpful and competent.
Not to mention that the bike was ready for pick up the next day.

Extremely outrageous service
SØBORG
De havde ikke dele jeg skulle bruge så jeg skulle selv købe dem. Fint nok. De tager 800 for montering af front klinger og kassette og kæde. Jeg kører på cyklen i 2 dage, hvor der er en larmende konstant knæklyd foran. Jeg tjekker og så har de KUN sat 1 ud af de 4 klingebolte jeg havde med til dem. Udover at jeg blev sendt afsted i en livsfarlig situation, så skylder de mig et sæt klingebolte oveni. Yderst skandaløst.

They did not have parts I needed so I had to buy them myself. Fine. They take 800 for mounting front chainrings, cassette and chain. I ride the bike for 2 days where there is a noisy, constant cracking sound in front. I check and they have ONLY put 1 out of the 4 chainring bolts I bought and brought to them. Besides being sent off in a life-threatening situation, they owe me a set of blade bolts on top of that. Extremely outrageous.

Birkerød shop. Bad experience turned into a great experience!
Birkerød: I ordered a dog basket for my bike (so my little dog can sit in front and have protection from the weather, etc.). For some reason, after several weeks and me calling the Birkerød shop every few days, the basket just never appeared.
In desperation I went into the shop yesterday. Christian tried to find out what the problem was, and advised me that it would be much faster if I ordered the basket myself, and he would attach it to the bike. This I did immedaitely. As soon as I came back with the basket, Christian popped it on the bike and also a basket for the back.
He was super empathic to my frustrations regarding the mix-up with the basket, and really kind and helpful.
I have never used this shop before now. And I have to say....yesterday I was ready to never use them again! But after Christian's help today, I have to say I could not ask for better, kinder service. :-)
