Great venue - good location with friendly and helpful staff

Our one-day workshop worked smoothly from start to finish. I had a dedicated contact person from my first enquiry. All queries were answered promptly. On the day, all the staff without exception were friendly and very helpful. The room was lovely, the food was good, the facilities were excellent, down to rustling up some extra cushions for a delegate. Would definitely come back.

Venue and staff are great. Food-amazing too! the sub contracted AV team were not up to the usual standards.

Benjamin Lay Suites: lovely, bright, colourful and spacious rooms, great hybrid AV set-up and technical support. Excellent catering service.
Giving it a 4 as customer service required an unnecessary large amount of emails and sometimes the lack of resolution/confirmations generated unnecessary stress.

Great venue, rooms sign posted well. Felt welcomed by all staff. Refreshments and lunch very good. Would happily recommend.

Friends House is conveniently located as it's within easy reach of all main train lines into London.
The stand out though is the welcome and helpfulness of the staff.
I'd highly recommend the Bowl Food lunch option, which I receive many compliments on from my meeting delegates.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Friends House.

Good service and nice room. Room became too warm however and we had to open windows resulting in a lot of traffic noise. Catering was good standard

Poor communication. I did not use the venue as I cancelled the booking yet I am still receiving invoices and surveys on my experience

We liked the location and facilities within the building. However, with food, our orders were wrong which resulted in delegates not getting more than one item each (for eg if you order 40, you only get 40 pastries, biscuits or cakes). The venue could do with improving on the food experience as spending a whole day requires sustenance. This is also a venue we use regularly as a Trust.

We have used Friends House several times and are always pleased with the venue as well as the staff and catering!

The staff were welcoming and helpful. We appreciated having someone check in to make sure we had everything we needed before the meeting began. Refreshments and catering were brilliant and arrived in a timely and considerate way each time. The meeting room itself met all of our requirements and enabled us to carry out a seamless day of discussions and group work as planned. Thank you!

The Conference Liaison Sou was welcoming, helpful and consistent. All staff with whom we had contact, were reliable and efficient, ethical standards were clearly high on their agenda.
The Light Auditorium is a pleasant, welcoming venue.
