Absolute worst experience that I have ever had dealing with a company. I order 5 items and only received 3 of them. They removed the 2 items from my order and did not give me a refund for them. Their customer service is an absolute joke and are very rude! The quality of the items that I did receive is awful and pathetic. I would never purchase anything from this company again, and will spread the word.

DO NOT buy from this company! It takes forever to get the product. Also, They say they take returns, but in reality they don’t! They take forever to respond to emails.
I gave them what they wanted for the return. Then they came back with a response, in broken English, that they won’t accept the items, but didn’t say why. The product is new and unused. They went on to say they would give me 15% off my next order - HECK NO, never buying from this place again. They then asked if I could keep the item and give them to someone else! What the.....??? What company does that? I told them this is not acceptable and now they are completely ignoring my emails. FYI - there isn’t a phone to talk to customer service. Only email so it’s very easy for them to ghost you!
Stay away from this company. Sizes are inconsistent due to poor quality in manufacturing, so if you think you’re buying in your size you probably won’t get it. According to them, that’s your fault. Read their returns policy carefully....it’s not in your favor at all! Don’t be a sucker like me for their cheap prices! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

This is a total scam!!! I ordered 4 items and 2 arrived damaged. I returned the two damaged items and 5 months later they were returned to me as "unable to forward". The products are NOT as described and horrible quality. I am still going back and forth with the provided email and will continue to fight to get my money back. Please spread the word. I am going to go at great lengths to report Frigirl to every entity I can.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I would give them a NO STAR if I could! The clothing is horrible quality, and they don’t accept returns, unless you want to send it to China for over $100!!! STAY AWAY from this site!!!

They have the WORST customer service ever. I received 3 items, one of which was damaged and one that was not the same as listed on the site. They offered to refund me 10% of my cost on them. When I said no they said I could return them for a full refund so I sent the 2 pieces back TO CHINA and 5 months later they're still pretending they haven't received them.
AWFUL. Also, they're charging $40-$50 for things that are the quality (and sometimes exactly the same) as other sites with better customer service and 1/3 the price.
Never buying from them again - save your money and sanity.

I placed an order from Frigirl and paid through paypal when i noticed it shows the seller as Viegal but the payment went to a personal hotmail address. I was not aware these companies where the same and coming from china. The next day I requested that my order be canceled and a refund be issued. They are saying I have not paid for the order when it clearly showings the payment has posted and clear in bank account. SCAM I would not order anything from FRIGIRL or VIEGAL Please read the reviews.

I order 3 pairs of jeans from Instagram 2 months ago and still nothing, I am try to cancel now; hopefully I’ll get my money back, I’m going to return to sender if it ever shows up.

Ordered a hoodie and used paypal to pay and the next day i was getting unauthorized attempts to log into my paypal

Run!!!! I spent $50 for two items that were worth $5 total... you’ll be better off going to Nordstrom Rack for these prices... yikes horrible!!!!!

Worst clothes ever!!!! Made so poorly. One arm hole is two inches larger than the other. One bout Tom doesn’t line up with the button hole. They won’t refund or replace. DO NOT BUY from this fake American company. They are in China.

Horrible service, When I received the dresses, all of them either didn't fit because they were too small or too big. None of them fit according to the packaging. They were also were not good quality for the price that I paid. Also have not been able to get my money back. They really don't want you to return their products.

Very bad quality, got my clothes they aren’t even the same color as pictured and the sizes run way to small. Will probably send it back but realized it’s from China so the postage will be spendy.

Do not purchase anything from this company!! Their clothes are junk and customer service is very poor!! It also took way longer to get the items then what they originally said! I ordered $120 worth of crap and they will not send me a return label or refund me! The jeans I ordered were so cheaply made and the sizing was way off! I have never had a problem ordering clothes until now! The items were nothing like what the pictures showed! Tried to offer me $15.00 not real sure what for!!! I will NEVER order again from this company and make sure no friends do as well!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. Their clothes either:
1) Never arrive and their customer support does nothing about it.
2) They arrive and are way off of the size chart.
3) They arrive and are in terrible condition and quality.

I ordered jeans from Frigirl that I saw on Facebook. I hope it’s not a complete scam and get a refund. I’ll come back to this and let you know. After over a month-close to 2 I’ve not received the jeans or an email regarding the item. Every time I check the shipping details I get the same information.
Stay clear.

I received my item and was very disappointed in the quality. Very cheap quality. Had a hole in it when I received it. I reached out to the company and went back and forth threw email. They told me if I return the item it will cost me 20 to 70 dollars. They told me that they won’t pay the shipping even though the item came damaged. They also suggested that I can give the shirt away to someone and that if I want they can give me a 5 dollar credit. Do not purchase anything from this website. It’s fraud

I bought three dresses from this place. Only ONE fit, even though I studied the size charts before I ordered. The one that did fit was a cute pattern and I liked it although it’s incredibly light and see through. I reached out asking if I could return my clothes after the 30 day period for store credit or anything because they don’t fit and I’m planning for a wedding and totally forgot to return them but have never worn them... they responded saying it’s not their problem. It’s been awhile since I’ve ordered from somewhere that doesn’t care about their customers that much... obviously they don’t understand customer lifetime value and their clothes are extremely cheap. It works for some.....as I said I did get compliments on the one dress that actually fit, but all in all, I’d suggest NOT purchasing something from this site.

DONT BUY FROM THEM, THEY DON'T SELL WHAT'S IN THE PHOTOS. added: Also, I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and AMEX. I told them I was going to do it unless they took back the clothes and paid for the return, they didn't even respond. They didn't care.
