Horribly embarrassed I trusted this website and ordered a few items. The quality is awful, the products look nothing like the photos, and they do not respond to requests for returns or refunds. Beware and DO NOT ORDER. This is truly a scam.

this is a really bad quality, items are awful> tube qulity is really bad.
doesn't look like the pictures at all.
it is really expensive.
For the same price you can have really nice things from zara , mango...
i have asked for a refund for some of the items i am waiting now.

Awful quality clothing - completely different product to photographed on the site.

When I asked to return these items I got into a two week battle with their customer service who told me I had to provide photographic evidence of why the clothing was unacceptable.

Every time I asked them to let me return they told me to give these items to a friend or try and resell them and told me that I couldn’t return the items as the shipping costs to China would be too expensive.

Please can someone shut this place down !!!!

I usually have no issues with shopping online. Then again, Amazon is pretty amazing!! However, I had tried (for my first time) a new online store called, “Frigirls.” Advertised on FB. It has many clothing items women enjoy from dresses to swimsuits. I’m sorry for a negative post but this is a WARNING to NOT purchase things from this site! I was unhappy with the two dresses I had purchased as they didn’t fit well and the material was cheap. So I referred to their 30 day return warranty. Followed directions and basically got the response that it would be too much trouble for me to return the items; “We are sorry that it doesn't fit you.
Return needs customers to cover more shipping fee, it is not cost-effective.

Would you mind giving it to your friend or families as a gift or you can sell it to others? Returning may need a long time to go because we are in China.

Next time you order from us, we will give you the biggest discount. You can contact us to get the discount before you check out. Hope it is fine.”

I guess better luck next time. Ah, NO thanks!!! Not a happy customer & will NOT be purchasing from this site ever again. So just my warning message to you all.... in the meantime, my lesson was learned a little too late.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 3 dresses when they arrived they didn't look like the pictures at all. I spent over 100$ and they will not return my emails. When they returned the first email they said, can you just give the items to someone else! Wth. Horrible customer service. They told me to send in pictures (so I did) thats when they completely stopped responding. I am really upset this place should be taken down!!

I bought a dress and when it arrived (from china) it looked like a totally different dress. The material is extremely poor and the stitching is all off. The worst part, I spent 35.00 that I won't get back because I cannot reach customer service to start a return/refund. Reporting to BBB. This place is a SCAM.

Terrible customer service. I sent an email because I would like to return a unworn swimming suit. They replayed with further questions and I answered back that same day to them. It’s been 2 weeks already and within those two weeks I’ve sent 7 emails with my order number, picture of the swimming suit, why I want to return it, waiting for a confirmation of where I should ship it back to and I am still waiting for a response from Frigirl.

Wish I could give them zero stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THUS SITE. One of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered. Not only did the clothing look nothing like the picture but customer service basically asked me to keep it and give it away as gifts. Why would I give a gift to a friend if I don’t like it? Asked multiple times for the return address and they avoided the question and kept asking me to keep it or offered $7 back when my order was $55. Still haven’t received the return address. Terribly run business.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "BUSINESS" it is an absolute SCAM. Items came and looked nothing like the pictures! I contacted the customer service and it could not have been a worse experience. They had me send pictures of the issue and then would never give me a return address. Offered to give me like 5% of what I spent back and when I declined they basically stole my money.

I ordered two things and noticed it was taking a while to arrive. When I checked my email I realized I had no confirmation email or order number. I then saw reviews that it was a scam and wanted to return but had no order number for the return. I called but the phone number from the website didn’t work. I emailed asking for the return and got some reply like “oh sorry it’s taking a while we are preparing the item and will ship it out ASAP.” I asked again “DO NOT PREPARE ITEM. DO NOT SHIP ITEM. REFUND” and got some weird answer. So I filed a paypal case at their resolution center. Shortly after I got my refund. Very odd interaction. I’m just glad I went through PayPal and they finally listened.

Never again!! The quality is really bad and the item doesn't look like on the photo. I can't send it back because it's too expensive! Don't buy there!

Awful synthetic dresses! Since a long time that I have not seen such a poor quality synthetic even in the mass market shops. The customer service suggests you to keep the item and refuse to refund money. Never buy from them, you will regret!

Horrible company to do business with. We ordered a $50 dress. It was too large. When I tried to return it, I got an email back in broken English asking me to measure it and take a picture with the Frigirl size chart....or something like that. Finally they said it would very expensive to send it back to China so I should "give it to a family or friend or sell it to others" and I would get a "big discount next time". There will never be a next time.

AWFUL company. DO NOT buy from here. My outfit came and looked nothing like the pictures and it was the wrong size. They also deleted my reviews on the site.

I ordered a few dresses, one of them I would have used for my moms wedding. It said on the website that it would take maximum 9 days for the shipment. I didn’t receive an order number, an order confirmation or anything regarding my order, however they made sure to get my money. Now I don’t want the package as I actually haven received anything yet and the wedding is long gone. They keep saying to me that I have to ask my post office if the package is there, and I keep telling them that I want my money back as they didn’t deliver as promised. It’s a scam and they will steal you money, don’t ever buy anything from this website!

Never order from Frigirl, they are a terrible company. I ordered two dresses and one come two sizes too big. They won't do anything to help with a partial refund to cover the cost of having to fix the dress. Worse online retail experience ever.

This is the biggest scam ever! Awful customer service and their number isn’t even real!

Clothes are not quality or true to size. Took over a month to receive. No return address or customer service rep. Do not buy from this company.
