Lol, honestly.. I’m not sure how this website is still up and running. They’re for sure going to get shut down soon due to all of the fraud/scam claims being placed and banks having to investigate and reverse the transactions back to the buyer. They use photos of high quality products found online, advertise them on Instagram with a sale promotion, take a month+ to send you the product (if they even send it), then you receive something a 12 year old could make by sewing together bedroom curtains (except the material would probably be higher quality than what people receive from this site). Don’t bother sending them multiple emails, they won’t answer or they’ll just loop you around with no end. Just contact your bank or PayPal to resolve the scam.

I paid for express shipping still have recevied it or any updates 9 days later!!!

Absolutely horrible company. I am 120 lbs and the size M swimsuit bottoms wouldn't even fit over my hips. When I tried to return the suit, which they claim on their website is a "simple" process, they said that the shipping costs would be more than what I paid (approx $60) and that I shouldn't bother trying to return it. They told me to give it as a gift to friends and family instead but trust me, NOBODY I know can fit in this suit if I can't. Do NOT order from this website.

The worst and most difficult company I've ever ordered from. I've been working to receive my package for over a month now and haven't gotten anywhere. I received an email last night saying "Because I wrote my address wrong" and asking me to pay an additional fee to a personal paypal account. This company is a complete scam. I have yet to receive any sort of shipping or order confirmation, however, I was charged within minutes of ordering.

I ordered a dress from this store and when it arrived it was NOTHING like the dress in the picture. The dress I received is completely see through (unlined) and made with a very cheap fabric. DO NOT buy from this store. Poor quality merchandise.

Absolutely the worst company. I ordered five things from them, knowing that it could be a scam because much of the wording on the website was poor, but I decided to give it a chance. I will never make that mistake again. The clothes I received looked nothing like the photos and the materials were horrible. Extremely poor quality. And, it's not like the clothes were dirt cheap either. I tried to return the clothes but the customer service would not tell me where to send the return and kept trying to offer me a discount on my next order or to resell the clothing. Horrible.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 2 items that came a month later from China. They were very different than shown in the pictures. They even sent me the wrong color than what I ordered. I can't return them because they won't give me the details as to where to send them to. They only offer a discount on my next order and tell me to keep them or resale them. WHAT?! Such a scam. Save your money and don't spend it here.

Do NOT buy from this store! The stuff looks cute in pics but it is not worth it, especially since there is basically no chance you can return the item and get your money back if you don’t like it or it is damaged (which is what happened to me). I ordered the Classic Romantic Sleeveless A-line Dress in navy with sunflowers because it looks so cute online. Their merchandise ships directly from China and takes weeks to arrive. The dress was damaged and of very poor quality. This dress was not at all how it looked online- it is extremely thin spandex material that isn’t even wearable. It already had a large rip in it by where the button was sewn in and another smaller rip. I corresponded at length with a customer service rep named Mandy and showed her the guaranteed on their website that defective items could be returned at no cost to the customer and refunded. She would not give me a full refund due to the high cost of shipping it back to China, which is their fault, not mine, and was not described on their website. The best she did was offer a $10 refund and a coupon or to send another dress which I had already expressed that I do not want as the quality of the item is not what was described. I’ve read others reviews and many other people have had similar experiences to mine. I also found that much of their merchandise is available for less money on other websites. I believe now that FriGirl is a scam.

The dress I ordered looked nothing like the website pics so I contacted them to return it. They were friendly enough but ultimately unhelpful and basically said the photos I sent for comparison looked ‘fine’ and that as the shipping costs to return it would be so high for me ($30-60 apparently!) they suggested I sell it or give it to a friend. It was such a ridiculous response it actually made me laugh. But I’m still £25 short with a dress that looks like something a cleaner might have worn in Russia in the 1970s, which wasn’t quite the look I was after.

I did not know this was a oversea company until I read reviews and I was a little nervous I would not receive my dresses or it would take weeks. I was pleased to get my dresses ONTIME! Only 10 days! And they fit perfectly. I will order from this company again. Thank you!

This company sucks and I wish I would of never ordered from them. They are based out of China and it takes weeks to get your stuff. When I asked them on how I can return the items I bought, they sent an email back stating that: it would be very costly for me to return them and that I should try to sell them myself or give them to somebody. What kind of customer service is that? It’s not. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

It's a big SCAM. It's not based in the US and you will either receive nothing at all or something that is a poor and very cheap replica of the images shown. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

This website is a complete SCAM! I ordered a dress from them through PayPal over a month ago and never received the item. I also never got any confirmation email or tracking info.

This site is a terrible joke.
The quality of the products is TERRIBLE and we have no one helping for returns and refunds.

This site is a scam. I saw the ad on Facebook it looked like they had really cute clothes for cheap.i placed an order thru PayPal and they took my money and never gave me the merchandise. I never even got an email from them.thank goodness pay pal refunded my money.

Clothing comes from China, so that should be a red flag in itself. As for a return, it’s quite laughable as I was suggested to do everything else but return the items such as gfting to friends or family, selling, keeping etc... The items purchased looked nothing like the websites photos -colours were off, materials cheap, and sizing off. Save your money, this site charges a little bit more than the other knock off sites, but you just end up losing more.

I ordered this dress about 2 months ago, unfortunately it never arrived. After consulting the online support (after about 6 weeks) I learned that the dress had allegedly reached my country (I live in Germany) and could not be delivered. So I looked at the tracking details and saw that the dress was sent back and forth between Shanghai and Beijing several times, but never reached Germany. On renewed inquiry to the support, with reference to the wrong given information and the request for refund, I have received a fake absence mail with a day delay (an autoresponder has no 24h-delay). My further questions about the order remain unanswered until now. Accordingly, I assume that this is a fake online shop and is a pure rip-off. I'm glad I wasted only $50 and didn't throw large sums of money to the wind.

The size guide is completely wrong. The dress I ordered is way too big. Didn't get the colour I ordered and the model is quite from different from the photos.
