WOW Frily's Boutique really are AWESOME.

I have only just got around to writing this review. We originally planned to get married in Mexico but after paying for everything and booking the full wedding ceremony Thomas Cook crashed :-( so after a total meltdown and a massive strop - ok I didn't have a strop!, we decided at the last minute to marry here in the UK in a registry office.

Despite not being able to book much at such short notice we got in touch with Natalie (after reading fantastic reviews). We explained our situation and before we knew it Natalie and her team stepped in to give us the best day ever.

Natalie kept in touch by phone and by text and kept me calm and was on hand to answer all our questions - Her knowledge is immense (and even if she didn't know the answer knowing how helpful she was I'm sure she would get the answers).

We ordered our flowers through her, extra little gifts we ordered, cupcakes perfectly colour coordinated and photography were all supplied. Photos were beautifully taken at the registry office. But more importantly the photographs taken told a story of events leading up to our ceremony which I totally loved, ie people's expressions, the tears, the smiles everything.. Total professionalism, on time and well presented.

We were planning to have a reception this year but due to Covid we have scrapped the idea, However if we do decide to have one I will certainly be booking Frily's along with all the trimmings :-)

our wedding was the 5th of September 2020 I found Frily's Boutique on Facebook after booking the wedding in august 2019 when covid hit we were worried that we would have to postpone we feel so lucky that we were able to go a head with our original wedding date and that we were able to have 30 people including ourselves the photographs are amazing and the cake didn't last the night it was that good i have recommended the company to a few of my friends looking to get married next year nothing was to much trouble for frilys everything they offer is an amazing price and incredibly good quality can't say thank you enough

Had my wedding yesterday, intimate do due to covid restrictions. We moved it from November due to family illness and Frilys were amazing and so accommodating. We had our cake and photographer from here and both were amazing. The cake was beautiful, decorated exactly how we wanted it and tastes incredible! Tom our photographer was awesome, nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond to ensure all the important details were captured. I really can't thank him enough.

My beautiful personalised items for my bridesmaids have arrived today. They are going to make great little extras for our wedding. Communication with regards to update of items and delievery was good and I was made aware of the delays due to Covid.

Thank you so much to you frilys boutique and especially the gorgeous sherri and the lovely Tom they could not have done enough for us we were made to feel relaxed and they worked around us with the photographing the room was stunningly set up and every moment I wanted was captured where possible, what an amazing service they have given us today on our wedding day. Exceptional and would highly recommend. P.s the cake is stunning toooo ❤️

Lovely personalised glasses, very reasonably priced and arrived very quickly. Having purchased various items from this company they really are great to deal with, always quick to respond to messages, with nothing too much trouble! Definitely recommend.

Ordered a 70th birthday cake from Frilys, and WOW! It was exactly as requested. It looked absolutely amazing and my mum loved it! Tasted even better!!! Thank you Frilys for making her day even more special. Highly recommend

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. We booked photography and some venue dressing to start with but due to Covid had to change our plans. Natalie and her team we so helpful and supportive during this time. On our day- yes we want ahead with a Covid wedding on July 11th our photographers were amazing everyone commented what nice guys they were. The images we received are simply stunning and the photo book that he designed for us that we also ordered is fantastic quality and great memory of our day. I smile ear to ear every time I open it and trust me that’s a lot. My husband and I would highly recommend the services that the team offer

I'll be honest because the deals I ordered were so cheap I didn't know what to expect however everything that came was sooooo nice! Everything was printed to a really good standard and the original items themselves (hangers slippers etc) are really good quality yous have honestly made shopping for 6 bridesmaids a breeze I'm thrilled with what I have received for them& I know the girls will love it!

I also ordered wedding converse, again because they were such a bargain I didn't know what to expect & again yous did yourselves proud they feel a very good quality, they were comfortable from the try on I had& the print is beautiful! I'm soooo happy and yous have taken the stress of shoes shopping& gift sorting away

Had our wedding yesterday. Both photographers Daniel and Sheri was so professional, really polite. They made everyone feel comfortable and was very patient. I can’t wait to see the photos 😍

tom did are wedding photo we not received are photos yet but the guy is so amazing at his job he did a wonderful job no request was a problem he just did it he went above and beyond even with my bridalzilla self I dont know how he cope with would like to thank him from all of are family he was great and couldn't of asked for better r wedding cake was stunning too and tasted great thank you all so much cant wait to see are pictures xx

Ordered flowers for myself, bridal party, my husband to be and his groomsmen. They really are exquisite. Come within the agreed time frame and the communication with fantastic.
I also ordered a full set for myself and maid of honour of personalised items; robe with slippers and a bag with hanger and flute in. Excellent value for money.
Would highly recommend this company.

Frilys boutique are one of the most responsive company’s I have ever had the pleasure to deal with! I had my original date of my wedding booked in for photography however with current circumstances of Covid we had a very smaller wedding and only had two days to plan and all photographers were booked up for that day, so I asked if I could have a family shoot to replace the wedding shoot, and I couldn’t be happier to have received the service we did. Tom our photographer was very friendly and professional and was happy to take set pictures and natural ones too. I couldn’t recommend Frilys boutique enough, absolutely amazing service and communication between Natalie and the team. thank you so much for your help and service.

I cannot thank this company enough
They were very patient with me while I selected my flower colours and talked me through all of the available options.
I then went on to decide what gifts I would like for my family members. The person I spoke to talked me through all my options and colours and then I was able to place an order on the website. The items came within 2 weeks even though it said 4 weeks for delivery and they were incredible. So much attention to detail with the flowers and I cried when I saw all the gifts. My family is going to love them.

Very professional and passionate with the work they do we had a 3 tier cake and it was beautiful, the photo pod our guest had loads of fun with it highly recommended having it. Will enjoy it young or old and very easy to use! The photographer was very passionate with the photo he took we love them all.. Very friendly team and was such a pleasure having these part of our special day! Nothing was to much for them, They kept in touch right till the night before our big day as our day was the last wedding they did before the lock down so as you can imagine it was a very stressful time and very worrying time not knowing untill the morning of our special day if our day could go ahead or not not! We was very very lucky to be able to have had our special day with all our friends and family... Thankyou to everyone at Frily’s Boutique I have recommended to alot of people already and will continue to do so and I will definitely be using you again oh and how could I forget to add we had the flowers and they was also beautiful thankyou again xx
