If I could give zero stars I would. I'm taking my time to write as many views about how poor this company/customer service was towards me. I purchased 3 fragrances and only received two after waiting a month for shipping. The 3rd "Tonkade" was never shipped and I was promised a refund I never received. FRMODA was clever and marked all three Items as shipped although in our email communication they admitted I'd get a refund. I disputed the transaction with my CC and lost because shipping showed all three items arrived.

FROMDA - YOU STILL OWE ME MONEY. WHERE IS MY REFUND?!?! I've EMAILED YOU'LL SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS.

Recently purchased x2 Lorenzo Pazzaglio Summer Hammer as they were on offer. Excellent service, arrived when stated.

Items bought at a great price however, the shipping fee to deliver to the UK is quite expensive.

I waited 3 months for my order I placed in June. In the end they couldn’t get it in stock so I had to cancel it and request for a refund. This was at the begging of September. After waiting 3 weeks and not receiving my money back I emailed and was told “we haven’t issued your refund yet”
I had to request my money back via PayPal, however PayPal has informed that they haven’t even responded to PayPal. It’s been two weeks!

Would rate zero stars if I could,placed an order with 1 day handling and shipping my order wasn’t shipped and still is not shipped as I write this on 07/10/25 emailed customer services who told me there was a stock error on there website, asked for a refund and haven’t heard back since and still no refund despite numerous emails without reply the phone number just rings and rings never any answer I would avoid this company at all costs I am going through my card provider to try get my money back! Absolute sham of a company!!

Unfortunate experience. The perfume I ordered wasn't even on stock (I only found this out a week later when inquiring about the delays). It will take WEEKS for me to get a refund. Extremely poor service.

I ordered a perfume as gift to my wife at our wedding anniversary, the the packaging arrived damaged. I requested return, they asked me for photos of damage, I sent the photos and still haven't heard from them, total silence.

This is not professional store,I am disappointed and with emails with late response for 3 and a half months.I made order 700 euro ,after two months waiting I cancelled it and till now I havent received anything.I highly don’t recommend FRModa for buying online.
