Best 3rd party source for 3D printing parts

I've almost ordered from Biqu overseas directly. Shipping is always fast. Quality is always very good, and their selection of third-party accessories for most 3D printers (esp Bambu) are excellent. I've ordered a lot from them and will continue to do so. Recently, I've ordered through other channels as well (like Amazon) but make sure it's from Biqu/ Bigtreetech. As for support, they are always there to answer any of your questions and they always stand by the quality of their products.

Scam: deliberately misleading customers in buying more

I wanted to buy a pad 7 with the updated cb2. So when you go to the pad 7 page i found a pad 7 with cb 1 for about 80 dollar, next to it is said cb2 for 115. So i bought that one. I only received the cb2 which is oddly more expensive then than a full pad 7 with cb1. On my order it states: what is inside the package: pad 7 cb1 / cb2 so one would expect that you receive an upgrade pad 7 or a pad 7 with cb1 and the cb2 seperate. But non of this is true. When i reached out to the support, they say it is very clear that it will only contain a cb2. They are not recognising their mistakes and treat me very poorly. I would not recommend to buy from them. They are deliberately trying to trick customers in buying more. Same with the price advertising. They always put the price of the lowest accessory on the main page to lure you in. While you are only interested in the item itself. A very poor manner of representing your company. So don’t buy from them!

Very poor customer experience.

I ordered a BMCU 370 kit for my Bambu A1 mini on 12 April and believed them when they said that it should be delivered between 20 - 26 days. One month later I checked their system and the item had seemed to have "disappeared". I lodged a ticket on their system and then magically they notified me that it had been dispatched and was in the UK. The map with a location marker shows it to be in a field in the Lake District!
I think that the Chinese courier might have dropped the item one dark night from a clandestine aircraft in the dead of night, and because I live in a road with a name of a lake in Cumbria, the AI robot has selected that area, and dropped a pin in that area!
No amount of trying to contact their support section has resulted in a reply other than a pop-up saying that my emails cannot be delivered due to the risk of viruses. (So sorry, Trustpilot if your system crashes, blame Norton! Nobody else has a problem with my emails, so I guess that BIQU just don't want to reply to me)
I can't leave a review about the product, as I haven't received it yet, but a review of the company is that the whole ordering process is pretty poor, their timeline is a shambles, their complaints process is a brick wall and to add insult to injury, they have reduced the product which I ordered by 30%.
I am hopefull that the item which I ordered will eventually be found and delivered, as reviews on a certain streaming channel seem to be positive about the item, but be warned, the service from BIQU is naff.

Defective Panda PWR Module – No Resolution from Support

I purchased a BIGTREETECH Panda PWR module directly from the official BIQU store.

Unfortunately, the USB2 port was defective and never provided any power output, while USB1 worked correctly under identical conditions. I documented the issue with clear video and screenshots.

I contacted BIQU support multiple times, followed all requested troubleshooting steps, and provided all requested evidence. The defect was effectively acknowledged by support, but every response ultimately referred only to the expired warranty period.

Despite repeatedly explaining that this is a statutory warranty issue under EU consumer law, the support team continued to ignore the distinction between voluntary warranty and legal warranty rights.

The communication felt repetitive and highly frustrating, with constant redirection between departments and no actual attempt to resolve the issue.

At this point, I cannot recommend buying directly from BIQU if reliable customer support is important to you.

I will gladly update this review if BIQU resolves the issue properly.

Horrible business I ordered a cryo- plate for the wrong printer. I e-mailed them about 5 to 6 times to start a return process in order to exchange for the correct version of plate but never heard back from them. Will never buy anything from this company ever again.

Wrong order still not corrected after 2+ months

I ordered two build plates. They took about a month to arrive after my order and one was the wrong plate.

They have said they are sending me the correct plate and that was a month ago. Tracking shows it'll probably be here in another 2-3 weeks. So, since my initial order, it's been 2+ months and I don't have everything I ordered.

I asked for some sort of compensation, they offered my an 8% discount on a future order. I declined. I won't be placing any future orders.

Damaged Panda Station (380$)

I received the Panda Station with a warped top panel, which causes the drawers to not slide properly. One screw for the drawer slider was also missing.

The main structural issue is the deformation of the top panel — because of this, the unit cannot function as intended. I provided photos and video evidence immediately after delivery.

Customer support responses were slow, and I had to repeat information several times. The issue has been forwarded to engineers, but resolution is still pending.

The design itself seems solid, and the concept is good, but quality control and packaging need improvement. I am currently waiting for replacement parts to properly assemble and use the unit.

Fake ghost company

Take your money, even though website says they wont until they ship. Then don't ship, and answers that it is out for delivery, even though webshop says not shipped. Weeks later nothing. And then they ghost you. Sad thing, small money. What a joke!

Absolutely shocking experience!

Absolutely shocking experience!

I have ordered the Revo Hotend early december so it arrived just before Xmas. Since I have installed on my X1 Carbon I was unable to produce single print that was any acceptable quality. The hot end would not extrude the filament properly even after the tweaks from their own website thats using 0.8 Revo, 0.4 Revo or 0.4 copper nozzles. No settings would produce any print that I managed to complete. I have been trying to configure it for 2 weeks, reordered new nozzles thinking this might be the problem but no its hotend that does not keep the stable temperature. I could not even calibrate the filament as it would just rip it appart. Even vase mode would not work on any of the nozzles and all that on Bambu PLA.

3 weeks later and 20 emails the tech support is constantly trying to prove this is not the hot end, I have provided ample of pictures, video and proof that any other HF hotend works perfectly fine just not their rubbis product Revo Hotend. Every email is the same asking me the same questions I have already answered, over and over again not even reading what I replied to them. It's very clear they are not willing to pay my hard earned money for junk they sell. It's been very frustrating and luckily this is first and my last time I will purchase anything from this company.

I'm being forced to dispute the payment with my bank and hoping I will recover my money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY as when something does not work they will not refund your money - not even proposed to send me new one back - just constant emails that sound like there is a robot responding without even reading what I replied earlier.

Never had worst experience and zero willingness to admit their product is failed experiment - only found out after I started reading other reviews.
