Top brand fragrances at great prices..
I have been an FR Moda customer for a few years now and they have never disappointed. They stock high end fragrances with big discounts, delivery charge to the UK is not the cheapest but their prices more than make up for this and they do have to ship from Italy which can't be cheap for them. So all in all great value for genuine products and delivery is quick considering they come from Italy.

I always have order from FROMODA and all of their products is authentic and reasonable prices. Great customer service and fast shipping. Honestly FROMODA is the best company I have ever ordered from feel so classic. High quality items with reasonable prices. You can't beat that. I High recommended FROMODA.

1 month delayed, non-existent customer service.
The website said my order would ship within 3 days. After 7 days, I had no update and emailed customer support. I got no response, so I called the customer support phone number. No one picked up. Over the next 3 weeks I kept emailing and kept calling and no one answered. It felt like a complete scam.
I messaged on the instagram account, again no response. So I finally commented on a public post asking for an update. And only then, did someone respond and my package was shipped the next day (over 1 month late).
I did receive my item, but the experience was quite painful.

First of all, I can confirm that FRMODA does exist. It is real
It took over a month to get my items delivered. I am happy with purchase. Items as described and very good price as well.
I thought I lost a decent amount of money to a scam but finally receive email from customer service approx after a month that they had some issues with my order and are dispatching my items. The item arrived within a week. All original. No concerns.
All I suggest is a prompt reply from customer service if anything goes wrong
Will buy again. Please don’t misplace my order again.

This company is horrible and should not…
This company is horrible and should not be trusted to order anything from. Order 2 items on July 27, 2025. Items never shipped no communication or response. I requested a refund 2 weeks later. Here it is a month later August 28, 2025 and still no refund with no response as to when the refund will be processed. Please save yourself the headache and the issue or something stealing your money with no product and don’t order
