From the very start Bev & Becky at Frog have been very professional and informative in helping us decide and ultimately purchase the perfect bike for our son. Our son loves the bike, its in excellent condition and quality. We purchased the hybrid 67 in neon green, its incredibly light weight and the colour is beautiful and vibrant. We look forward to purchasing another bike from Frog but this time for our daughter :)

Brilliant bikes and customer service. Would recommend the bikes. Excellent quality and great for building confidence, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks also for Gareth for his assistance, very much appreciated.

Disappointed by the quality. After just a couple of rides, the coating on brake levers is all scratched, there are visible scratches on the frame, pedals look all brittled and worn. Oh, and there's backlash in bottom bracket already!
The same kid had Specialized Riprock before, and that one looks good as new after 2 years.
Don't get me wrong: Frog bikes have great geometry and are easy to ride. But components quality is utterly disappointing given the price and the claims of durability they make, feels more like cheap noname bike.

Frog bikes are perfect for children, lightweight and optimum geometry. They are miles better than cheaper bike brands and well worth the money for happier children and better bike riding! We have had a Tadpole mini, Tadpole and first pedal bike and will not get any other brand!

Well...where do I even start with Frog Bikes? After trying a bunch of other bikes - some big brand name and a couple of random cheap ones from online - this is a total game-changer!
My little guy absolutely LOVES his Frog Bike. The transformation has been mind-blowing. He went from wobbling around on a balance bike to pedaling confidently before he even turned 3! I couldn’t believe it!
The bike is just… well, perfect. Lightweight (which is exceptionally helpful for me to carry back after he cycles to school) awesome colour choices, and designed like someone actually understands how kids ride. No more clunky, heavy bikes that are impossible for a toddler to manage. This thing is like magic - he just gets on and goes!
What I love most is how the bike seems to give him confidence. It’s not just a bike, it’s like his little freedom machine. The quality is leagues above those cheap Amazon specials, and honestly, even better than some of the big-name brands we’ve tried.
If you’re a parent thinking about getting a bike for your little one, stop scrolling and just get a Frog Bike. Trust me. Best. Decision. Ever.

Frog Bikes are perfect for a kids on the go! They are light weight, stylish, ad packed with functionality that just works for our kids! We've owned a number of different bike brands for our growing family but Frog will have us coming back time and time again as the kids keep growing! Love this brand!

This company obviously prides itself on customer service. I had an issue with a delivery of parts for my daughters bike. I would imagine this was a courier issue and not a direct issue from Frog bikes.
I emailed the company and had a prompt response to my query from Kieran. The support and customer service received is clearly the underpinning of their business. I felt obliged to email them back with my gratitude and how anyone can sell a product, but very few have the aftersales and fantastic customer experience I recived. To top this off, the bike that my daughter has is absolutely fantastic. The frame geometry, weight and ergonomics are brilliant. If you can afford one just buy one, you will not be disappointed on any part of your journey with this company.

We were in a bit of a pinch when we realized we’d left it too late to find the perfect Frog bike for our daughter’s 5th birthday. After searching local stores with no luck—except for one that would take far too long to order—we decided to reach out to Frog directly. What happened next completely exceeded our expectations. The team went above and beyond to track down the exact bike we wanted, even getting it fitted with stabilisers and ready for us to collect the very next day.

A huge thank you to Rebecca, who was incredibly kind, understanding, and genuinely dedicated to helping us. She made sure we were well taken care of and even connected us with one of their retail partners, Ken Rogers in Manchester, who was equally friendly and eager to assist. It’s so rare to experience such a thoughtful, personalized level of service these days, and it truly left a lasting impression on us. Not only are we thrilled with the bike, but we’ve also gained a new level of loyalty to the Frog brand, thanks to this exceptional service.

I was unable to find the bike my son had chosen online but I then called them directly and Becky saved my sons Birthday by finding the bike he wanted. Becky's customer service, attention to detail, and communication was world class. Becky made it her priority to find the bike and get it delivered on time for his birthday. Thank you Becky.

You better know exactly what you need if you're buying aftermarket parts because the website won't help. Customer service gave me half an answer

Great bikes however they need to
Upgrade the quality of the handle bar grips they get to easily ripped and damaged even after a short time
That is my only issue

The customer service that I received from Frog bike before, during and after my purchase has been exceptional. It has actually been the best customer service I have received in a very long time. I was mainly looked after by Rebecca, who was lovely, but all of the people that I delt with were friendly and professional. I had a number of questions prior to ordering the bike and Rebcva was very happy to answer them and never pressurised me into make a purchase. The bike itself is perfect, really light and high quality. One happy mummy and one happy little boy!

The best bikes for kids and outstanding customer service from Bev who managed to find stock of a certain colour of bike that was sold out and my son wants from Santa! I've now received the bike today; only 3 days from my initial query! Outstanding company thank you.

We love Frog Bikes!!
I first purchased my son a hybrid frog bike when he was 4 years old and needing his first pedal bike. It exceeded all expectations being so lightweight it made learning to ride a pedal bike so much easier!
He’s now on his third frog bike with the Frog 61, lightweight even with the larger size and easy to use child friendly gears.
My son loves cycling, he cycles 30+ miles regularly on his hybrid bike across all terrain and his bike never fails to perform.
We honestly cannot recommend hybrid frog bikes enough!!

Fantastic after service from Becca, who ascertained the replacement part needed on an older frog I own, and sent it out to me.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT

We had great difficulty sourcing a Frog bike in the correct size and colour for our grandson’s birthday present. In the end I rang Frog Customer Services to ask if they could help me. The advice, help and attention I received from Becky was absolutely excellent. Although what I wanted was out of stock she managed to find a cancellation that was exactly right. She monitored the whole transaction carefully and kept me updated until she was sure we had taken delivery of the bike. A very friendly and professional experience!

We are delighted with the overall quality of the bike. It is very well designed, light weight, has an extended 10 year warranty, delivery was free, the owners manual is excellent and the bike looks great!

Becky at Frog bikes was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure I got the part I was after. Would shop there again for sure.
