Glad i checked this website.

Was looking at a montessouri bed which i couldn't find on any other website. Placed the order and rather than take payment on the website, you receive an email saying they will send you another email with invoice once order is placed taking you through to pay.

After 5 days, no email had arrived so called the customer service number. Customer services sounded like a guy who had just woken up. He advised that their system was down and i'd need to make a payment and he would send over a sort code and account number to do so.
I advised that i'd rather have the email as evidence of what the payment is for but he said i would have to pay now to make sure the order came through.
When he said i "have to pay now!" i ended the call. Do not buy from an online website which doesn't transact online!

How is it their website still exists? This company is a scam. Never order from them. Plenty of articles on their despicable behaviour. Over a year on and I'm still waiting for a toddler bed to arrive... Course I'm not waiting. We've written off the £300 and karma sorted out us. Reported to the relevant crime agencies. Must get in touch with my friend who's an editor at The Times.

Placed an order of a bookcase for my daughter September 2022. I was told it would be sent, then supplier issues, then ceased to reply to any emails. Sham company. No refund. Please do not order from them.

Looks like my experience of this company is typical, given other reviews.

Desk & drawer set ordered in May 23. The desk took months to come and the drawer set has never arrived… it’s now March 24.

Responses to initial emails were positive but no reply since I requested a refund 6 months ago (in spite of repeated requests).

Will be looking at options for legal action.

THEY ARE A SCAM. Ordered a toddler bed I. April and in June try to contact them and need to change my number because they don’t answer the phone! Until today never send me a refund. Because I paid with credit card my card company gave me the money that I spent. DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THEM. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY

£900 of goods ordered Nov 2022, no response to emails, letters, and letter to registered office returned. No sign of refund. Why is this company allowed to trade.

They reply to your emails and seem very professional until they get your money and then you won’t hear from them again! I have lost £360 ordering from this company.

Do not buy from this company - they didn't deliver bed after 8 weeks and ignored my calls / emails. Finally managed to get them to agree to cancel my order & refund only to be 6 months on with no refund and still ignoring my messages. I have no lodged a small claim in court as owed over £400.

Do not ever use this company. I believe it to be one big scam. I ordered a bed and mattress for my daughter, paid in full and was told to wait 2-4 weeks for delivery. My order never arrived within that time frame so I was back and forwards with customer service about when I was going receive it. I never complain so I was very patient and was told there was a delay but kept getting promised different dates to expect the delivery to turn up. Obviously, it never turned up and eventually I cancelled my order and demanded a full refund as in the end I waited 3 months for an order that was supposed to arrive within 2-4 weeks and I needed the bed and mattress for my daughter. I was told I’d receive a refund within 14 to 30 days as per their T&Cs on their website. Latest I should have received it was August 12th, it is now October 12th and I have not received it and I can no longer get through to them. Avoid this company at all costs, absolutely awful and caused a heavily pregnant woman a lot of stress and upset.

Don't use this company. I made a order with them, the item never arrived and I am not being pursued by Klarna for payment of an item that was never delivered. The contact number doesn't work.

This company is a big joke/scam. I ordered toddle bed for my daughter. Paid for it and waited for delivery. After 3 weeks of waiting for the delivery the bed was delivered only to find out that it was damaged. I contacted the company and I was told that somebody will contact me within 10days to arrange collection. Unfortunately 2 months later nobody has been in touch to arrange collection and arrange refund. I called the company on their company contact number but, there was no answer. I left many message but, nobody got back to me. So I am very upset and not sure if I see any refund at all.

As many have already written, definitely a scam. Ordered my toddler a bed in May & it never turned up- was told issues with supply company but after ringing them, quickly realised it was a scam. Have managed to get my money back through bank thankfully.

And the lies keep on coming…

Please read reviews before placing any orders! Also please question why they ask for bank transfer payment.

Please please please don’t fall into this scam trap. It’s stressful and awful to be scammed.

Ordered a bed for my child's 5th Birthday back in September 2022. Paid 1/3 via Klarna. and then another payment to Klarna in October 2022.
The bed never arrived so i stopped the last payment to Klarna back in November 2022.
After a lot of emails starting from November 2022 with this supplier was told first that delivery is late for this product. Eventually I gave up in March 2023 and emailed them to cancel the order.
Never received any refund and Klarna is chasing it's last payment via a debt collector. So I have paid £300 out of £450 to Klarna for a bed that has never arrived. This supplier is a SCAM basically. They never delivered the bed and also got £300 from me via Klarna. Klarna is still chasing me even explaining to them that I never received the product. So I would say that they are equally responsible giving services to such a company helping them to scam people.
I don't have my bed and also out of pocket by £300.

Scam!! 1 star is not low enough for this service! Ordered a bed in April, was told this would be delivered in June, told it was delayed until July so I requested a refund and bought from elsewhere. Last communication when I chased the refund was on 1st august stating “let me check this” - I have chased 3 times since then. No communication, no refund, no number to call. SCAM. Avoid avoid avoid!

Scammers. I paid for a bed back in June. I was offered a discount to pay by direct bank transfer, which I stupidly did. I was told the bed would arrive in late July - it didn't. I cancelled the order, and I have not received my money back, despite it being over 2 weeks later (e.g. outside of the 14 days the company legally has to to refund). I feel very stupid for not checking trustpilot before buying. There's also a guardian article about them warning customers. They should not be allowed to operate.

Has anyone got their money back from these and how?? They are not replying to emails or calls

Please read before purchasing from this company or if you have purchased and not received good or a refund please read.

On the 23rd February 2023 I purchased a toddler bed via Bank transfer. I received a confirmation email and awaited my goods.

Within two weeks I revived a phone call informing me of my goods being delayed. I accepted this and awaited my goods.

Two weeks surpassed and nothing arrived- this went on back and fourth for four months. I then requested a refund to which they responded and told me I would receive it within 2 weeks - two weeks surpassed nothing came through.
I have since tried to contact the company by email and phone call and have received no response.

If you have ordered from this company and you are awaiting your goods or you have requested a refund please note they have tried to go into liquidation. I have objected this and I need everyone else to object this too.

First send them a letter before court claim information can be found on the citizens advice website on how to structure this.

You will then need to take them to court ( it’s only £50) !!!

Once you have a reference number you can then object them from striking off (this means that if they liquidate then no one will get their goods or refunds back!)

You can also report them to action fraud - get a Reference number this will help with your claim.

I have also reported them to trading standards. The more people who take action against them the most chance we have of getting our money back!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Shambles of a company, after endless promises of 2-3 wait for delivery we have been waiting since March 2023. Even after being told production has moved to another warehouse 6 weeks ago we are still in the same boat being told the same lies over and over. Can’t even get in contact with them to sort refund as never answer emails and left countless voicemails with no return. Small claims court most likely next and then find a new bed manufacturer for my disappointed 2 yr old!
