mine is a mixed experience. I was given a delivery date of 22nd December, but two days before this, I was given a new date of 13 th January. i could understand it if its a couple of days because of xams and Newyear but the three-week delay was unexpected. The door frame has no metal part, so it's not as strong as you would expect it to be. the door itself looks nice and strong and it was made to the actual measurement. the door was fitted but the lock didn't work properly, found out the problem was with the hinges, slots for the hinges were slightly out. thnx to the experienced fitter, he managed to make some adjustments and finally sorted it.

We have just fitted our new front door which was supplied by this company and can report that we had lots of support with the measuring and instructions on how to fit and through recommend this company. The door arrived on time and was fitted quickly and easily. Will definitely use them again.

I have ordered a door from this company. At delivery my wife and my 4 years old son traveled to the location where we ordered it. My wife has asked the delivery man, whether they fit in the door as well. The delivery man laughed at her. They answered rudely that they won't. When she asked that they shouldn't leave the door on the street, because she can't lift that weight, and she doesn't live on the address, the door would be stolen, they laughed at her again.They refused to put the door within the premises of my property and packed the door back to their van. When I made a complaint to front-door, I was assured that they make a complaint to the delivery company and they make sure they deliver within my property. But instead they just forwarded an email about next delivery. When I asked about can they assure the delivery gets to the house, as we travel two hours to receive it. They couldn't assure anything, they even refused to understand the issue. THEY MADE THE DOOR DELIVERED TO THE STREET WITHOUT TELLING US. THERE WAS NO-ONE TO SIGN THEIR DELIVERY. They left the door there on the street at a time that has never been communicated to us, or agreed with us. We don't know whether it is still there, or already has been stolen.
